i am a self proclaimed breakfast conesure, and there is no breakfast that is even in the same ball park as the country way special omlet. this is the best omlet on the planet.

good hearty cheap country-style food. don't expect fancy or hip, you're not paying for it. the "garlic bread" is just odd; but with the right expectations it's a great meal. a main and a side is enough for two. peach ice-cream was delicious.

located off interstate 880 in fremont, ca, the country way is a modest, non-descript restaurant. it doesn’t have any flashy lights but the name “the country way” caught our eye as we were looking for a place to stop for dinner. we drove east on mowry avenue and didn’t find anything as interesting, we turned around and headed back to the country way. even though it was an hour before closing, they still had a decent amount of folks inside the restaurant. the interior reminded me of a log cabin turned ranch house. it just makes you feel at home. the service is relaxed and friendly.

very rude! they definitely don't know how to treat customers there. between the manger and waitress i don't know witch one was worse!

one of the best. my family and i don't mind the 10 mi wait sundays. we come and enjoy hearty good country breakfast almost every sunday after church! although extremely busy, service is good and food is just as good!

great country food but omg the service was the worst is you want good food but want stone cold service with no personality then this is the place for you.

this was breakfast comfort food at it's best! the place was absolutely packed but being a party of 8, they had a large table open and seated us immediately. the portions were generous (mine came out on two plates) and the service was very quick and polite. the place was old and small but the whole experience was awesome! definitely a new breakfast spot for us when we are in town!

if your looking for comfort food this is the place. not really my favorite i don't like the décor it's a little dirty feeling. the food is pretty greasy and nothing is really amazing i live near by but it's still my last resort breakfast place.
