i received a different flavor!!! also it smells so bad like rotten milk. couldn’t eat it. tried to contact cold stone but there was no answer!!

visited cold stone recently. we tried their new khunafa ice cream & milkshake. it was absolutely beautiful. the place was maintained well & staff are always friendly

cold stone creamery is one of my favorite coffee joints in the city.my favorites in their menu are the rasperry truffle mocha latte and the normal mocha latte;perfect for summers to keep you chilled.i also love their sweer cream icecream with oreo and m and m on it,its just lovely with chocolate cone on it.

i was there two days ago ice cream is so tasty and they have very unique flavors i like how they juggling the ice cream i like the most their founders ice cream so tasty i really recommend it for my friends

ice cream was good. tasty ! ordered the founders favourite ! got high on sugar ! hehehe 😃 can't recall the contents in the icecream, but it was tasty. the edible graham cracker cup was too messy to eat. regretted opting for that one !

is it an ice cream or something else. what kind of packing it is. it become milk shake once it reached to me.
minimum common sence would have used it while packing or cold stone to look into to provide necessary packing arrangements to get customer satisfaction..

picked up chocolate devotion last night. the brownie was horrible and could not chew or bite it, felt like rubber. more care and hygiene should have been in place to ensure proper edible stuff is served.
