wrong food came and no apologies about it. i had no egg, my friend had no mushrooms and had to clean my own cutlery as the rude elderly lady at the til had practically thrown it at me under the screen, after she'd put her hands all over them. she is the rudest woman i've ever dealt with. the rest of the staff were lovely except the elderly gentleman that brought the mushrooms that weren't on the plate in the first place.....he wasn't rude but didn't even say "sorry about that". the lady at the till was so very rude and abrupt about everything. it's a pity because when you do get the food it's very nice. but manners cost nothing. this has happened numerous times when i've gone here as i'm a regular customer she has "tutted at me, rolled her eyes at me, and behaves like she is doing you a favour by taking your order. i do not like writing bad reviews especially in this day and age but i feel i must regarding the elderly lady at the till. i will never eat there again nor recommend the place to anyone as i have done before.
