the soy cheese stix were incredible. this was only my second experience with soy cheese and it did not disappoint!

horrible service, good pizza. while i like the pizza a lot, the excessively poor servce is the reason i no longer go here. they tell you 20 minute wait for a call in order, which is fine. then you get there 20 minutes later and they haven't even started making your pizza yet, so you end up waiting at least another 40 minutes. this is the norm for them and that is not acceptable.

best thin crust pizza!. i immediately fell in love with this pizza place. the slices are huge, & best of all it tastes fresh. it'll always remain a fav. definitely worth a try!

mmmmm, crust,sauce, toppings, aaahhh. pizza nirvana...it was love at first bite! classic slice is a neck to neck horse race, first place tie with transfer for milwaukee's best pizza. their new location on north ave is fantastic too

great pizza. the pizza here is very good. everything from the basic slice of cheese to much more exotic fare is very good. only issue i have is that it tends to take a long time to get your food. probably not a good "lunch break" choice.

love this place!. you can eat these huge pieces of pizza just as they are. you can be creative & fold in half, cut in half. any way you cut it, these are delicious. i ask for extra sauce & cheese, then add a ton of other toppings. it is so hard to find fresh mushrooms at pizza places & i hate bottled/canned mushrooms. classic has fresh mushrooms. i just love this place. if we buy a whole pizza, we always have leftovers, and who doesn't like leftover pizza!

excellent crust!. super thin, super crispy. one slice is more than adequate for lunch! good flavor and fresh veggies on the i'm feta up slice. very much enjoyed it and looking forward to going back.

everytime i'm in bayview, i seek out classic slice.. if you're looking for new york-style pizza with slices the size of your head - this is the place for you. they also have a ton of options for toppings - and they allow substitutions. the ambience is very casual and fun and the people that work there are very courteous. i recommend the chunky chicken, but i've liked everything i've gotten there. classic slice and transfer/via are my favorite pizza places in town. prices are also very reasonable for the amount of food you get. you won't be disappointed.

we come here often. classic slice is a good staple for us. my fiance works second shift and it is really nice that they are open late enough for him to get something quick. i love how you can customize it exactly how you want it, it's like the subway for pizza. reasonable price too for a piece of pizza as big as your face!

great pizza. i love this place, we have been eating here more than a year and we have never had bad service or food.

my favorite is the chunky chicken, my hubby (a self-proclaimed meatatarian) loves the baconizer. they have a good selection of vegetarian and vegan items as well.

i would love to see this place expand and create more retaurants.

best value by far. i have done the math, and the 20" from classic slice is the best pizza deal in town (as of early 2010, at least). you get 314 square inches - that's twice the size of a regular 14" medium for a lot less than twice the price. plus the ingredients are good! the crust is good! it's all made there and its locally owned! they put the right amount of cheese on the pizza, which i love - plenty to smother it and not leave you feeling gypped but not so much that its swimming in grease. they have curious and delicious toppings like chicken and spinach and artichokes and white sauces and huge calzones and free delivery and overall, you can't beat classic slice.

amazing. we live in the neighborhood and come here often. i can have a vegetarian slice while my son can have all the meat that will fit. he likes to bring his friends from other parts of the city here to show them what good pizza really is.
