i had the worst experience i've ever had at this particular location. i can understand the long wait for the extremely overpriced drink ($20) because someone called in sick. when the warm, soggy salad with tough, not crunchy, bread for croutons came out, i had no silverware until the main course was sitting in front of me. i ordered a fillet, cooked medium, with a baked potato. it had dark red blood on top and was raw flesh inside. i new right away it wasn't right. due to being short handed, it took a little while to let them know. they took it back and turned it into charcoal. when they brought it back to me, i had taken a business call and the manager, rudely, said something about waiting for me to get off and then walked away. my steak was hard, dry, and tasted like the black stuff that you scrape off a grill and throw away. they did comp the steak that i didn't eat, but the two drinks were over $41 after tax. i didn't fault the server and tipped him well. so, after a little over an hour, i left there disappointed, hungry, and $60 gone from my wallet.
