service is 10/10 especially by the server named saahil. he went out of his way to serve our guests. really nice food and desserts were the best. best place to enjoy a get together.

celebrity-loved fine-dining indian concept by vivek singh has opened its first international outpost all the way from london to dubai. cinnamon collection dubai is located at park hyatt dubai spicing up the luxury waterfront resort, with its vibrant, alluring and lux atmosphere.

conceptualised to evoke the hustle and bustle of a bazaar, the space is stunning, with bright palette of pinks, greens and turqoises, exemplifying the rich heritage, fabrics and vibrancy of the bazaars.

dishes are equally as vibrant and colourful, with some of the signature plates. we tried jodhpuri kachori chaat,sea bream fillet with malabar kokum crust green mango chutney,paan kulfi on a stickdark chocolate mousse with malacca coffee ice cream, tandoori chicken malai tikka, mace and cardamom, watermelon chaat, there will also be ‘bazaar plates’ which are better ordered to share and include things like cinnamon bazaar’s famous lamb roganjosh shepherd’s pie. the chefs will prepare your food in a dramatic open kitchen, and expertly-crafted cocktails compliment the dishes beautifully

cinnamon bazaar is a brand new modern indian concept in dubai. being located inside park hyatt, cinnamon bazaar is from the cinnamon collection founded by chef vivek singh.

the menu at cinnamon bazaar consists of regional as well as cross cultural flavors.
interiors are colorful, trendy and a visual treat to our eyes.outdoor terrace with the creek view is lovely. we loved our choice of starters king scallop ceviche with caviar, crab bonda, and chicken haleem with masala sourdough toast.
for mains we had their lucknow style chicken biriyani, malai tikka, indo chinese chicken wings and black dal with hot breads.enjoyed every bit of it. we got to try their finely crafted mocktails too.

if you are looking for a relaxing spot to indulge some modern indian dishes, then cinnamon bazaar it is.

limited vegetarian selection, hence doesnt have repeat value for us, but we enjoyed our one time experience, the charred cauliflower and paneer 65 were my favorites, dal makhni could have been better

cinnamon bazaar is an absolute gem tucked inside the meditteranean-inspired park hyatt dubai, recently voted as uae's favourite resort hotel. it isn't just another fancy indian cuisine restaurant but arrives in style to dubai with quite a repute from a uk-based michelin star chef vivek singh. you're greeted with welcoming staff and can immediately notice the striking bazaar-like decor with vibrant colors.

they've got an amazing selection of mouth-watering starters - some of them were quite innovative like the chicken haleem served with the masala sourdough toasts which were perfected on the crunchiness. the jodhpuri kachori chaat turned out to be everyone's favorite with tasty flavors. you'll be surprised how tasty a crisp puri shell can get when sprinkled with caviar when you try their posh aloo puri.

for the main course, we started with wagyu short rib which was absolutely amazing – it just melted in other mouths. this is what you expect when it's been braised for 6-7 hours to get that perfect texture! the highlight of the main course was 'kokum crusted sea bream fillet' that was fresh, perfectly cooked, and topped with delicious mango chutney.

desserts like carrot halwa rolls with ice cream and dark chocolate mousse with coffee ice cream were simply mouth-watering which wrapped up the overall dining experience at cinnamon bazaar!

i truly enjoyed every single bite of the meal with a couple of interesting mocktails. considering the quality and the overall experience, the price is reasonable. amazing instagrammable dining spot with views of the dubai creek. the staff truly cares about your experience. highly recommend this modern indian cuisine restaurant in dubai!
