quick, good and cheap. chin and lee is a deal. strictly take out - no web, but if you get a menu just call ahead. they will also add in preferences for you (like adding bean sprouts to some dishes or making it spicier than normal). i recommend both the steamed dumplings and the chicken with hot garlic sauce. i have never had an item i didn't like.
