great grilled mussels. appetizers were great, as was the shrimp & pan seared noodles. portions were plenty large, prices not bad for what you got. i would go again.

the food here is better than i thought it was going to be. i got to take out bubble tea once and it was not tasty at all, very watered-down. the pho and bun where delicious though my partners meat was undercooked. he sent it back, but they fixed it with no questions and a heartfelt apology. lots of appetizer options , we had a few and they tasted great. friendly service without a lot of fluff. an easy place to get in and get out before a movie while leaving satisfied.

i have to say that what i think sets chez thuy apart is the art of subtly. the spring rolls had less rice noodles in the filling and more beef and lettuce, making the textures much more stimulating. the balance of star anise, ginger, black cardamom, coriander, fennel, and clove in the broth seemed just a little more intense, resulting in a heady, flavorful soup.

amazing!. oh my gosh, the food here was so delicious!
after reading the reviews, we decided to get take out, as we had a large group (10 people), and we were concerned about the service and the noise level. the service we received was courteous and professional. the person taking the order on the phone was pleasant, and when we picked up the order, they were very helpful. they offered extra sauces and joked about how they messed up my name.
we ordered several different dishes and they were all outstanding. i'm not sure i could pick a favorite.
if i lived in boulder, this place would be a weekly obsession for me.

best asian restaurant around. this place is great! everything i've ever had has been spot on. it's a little pricey, but the portions are huge. you'll definitely get tonight's dinner and tomorrow's lunch from your order.

three little words...lemon grass escargot. lemon grass escargot is damn good. hot n sour seafood soup is real nice too.

packed for a reason. it's always been busy when i've attended, but that's because they have amazing vietnamese food. try the spicy pho!

green curry was good. very good green curry. portions are huge.
the service was poor, but our bill was discounted - before requesting it - due to a mistake made by the server.
i would eat here again if i wanted a big portion of green curry, but i would not take guests here.

must not go. i am a vietnamese cuisine fan and chez thuy was big disappointment. not because of its food (which was not too bad) but very poor and rude service i must say. i have never been treated like that in any restaurant where the waitress just come and put the stuff and just go and i hardly can recall if she ever asked 'do you need anything'. i and my friend hated the place. i asked them to please add egg in my stir fried vegetables and instead i receive a poach on the side. what kind of people in this business dont understand how to stir fry egg along with the veggies especially ones dealing with asian cuisine.

a big big no...its nothing out of exception...just ordinary for extra $$

liked it but. it was delicious, huge portions (had to take half home) the only thing is don't expect a friendly smile. i have been there several times and it is all business. got really loud but service is fast. delicious but not reasonably priced. i really love the one in broomfield better.

we went here because it was full. when we drove by and saw all the traffic, we figured it must be good and we weren't disappointed. with over 100 dishes to choose from, it did take some time to order but the service was very fast. even though the place was at capacity, we lucked out and walked right in and got a nice booth. it wasn't that loud in there even though it was full. i didn't see one person not leave without their doggy bag as you get a very healthy serving.

great food!. i love to eat here! the food is so fresh and makes it you feel healthy! the atmosphere could use some improvement tho - it's always crowded, they pack people in.
