pure bliss. i had no idea a crinkle cut french fry could reach such lofty heights, and i don't even like them. these were perfectly crispy with an interior that was so light and fluffy, it literally melted in my mouth. sitting in the 'wood' paneled room, eating my scrumptious patty melt with those sublime fries, and listening to the peter frampton they had playing on the radio was almost a religious experience.
