food is consistently great along with the service.... we have never had a bad meal here. large group, romantic dinner for two, dinner with our 6 year old...always good food, not inexpensive but good quality meat, fish and pasta. my husband always raves about the eggplant. the service is always good as well. they have been running some good specials recently as well so i highly recommend giving it a try.

great italian beautiful room. have been dining here since i found the place through nj monthly magazine. the room is really fabulous and the food is to die for. my wife had the branzino and i had the lasagna as entrees and there was great food and a lot of it. the staff made us feel very much at home. we'll be back for sure.

we wanted someplace special that would not be good to take the kids and decided on catherine lombardi, a long time wishlist holder. we arrived too early (darn teachers) and they were still having a staff meeting, but we were seated at the bar.  as is our way, we chatted with the bartender, who suggested this amazing champagne based cocktail.  we were having a great time and they left us alone until it was official opening time (props for serving us in the bar despite not q

best cocktail bar in nj. by far the best cocktails in the land - i can't even order a cocktail anyplace else. these are serious cocktail historians and innovators. love the gin-gin mule! every friday catherine lombardi features a different cocktail and offers it at a discount. i recommend getting on their newsletter - the stories behind each cocktail is great. the food is also amazing. noting better than some wonderful antipasti (their selections are amazing) and some great cocktails. seek this place out!

steer clear!. must agree with rudeness mentioned in other posts... got to experience it firsthand last night upon meeting the owner. never experienced such inappropriateness, and unprofessionalism. it was a horrible experience. as a frequent new brunswick diner (~2x/week) i am shocked. will never spend another dollar here. very unfortunate. you will do yourself a favor if you save your business for one of the other, much better options new brunswick has to offer.
