stood there with my family with out being acknowledge, walked away after 15 minutes, people there do not have a clue when it comes to customers service

good friendly service. been here twice. 1st visit i had the seafood paella dish which was average to be honest. 2nd visit i had the blackened sea bass entree which was excellent! overall good location next to mia with good outdoor atmosphere. i plan to visit again.

situated near the miami airport, this picturesque sports bar offers all types of seafood. a casual and relaxing place that serves oysters, stone crabs, and a great kingfish fillet tha we ate accompanied by tostones and a salad.



they also offer appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and soups, and the fish of the day. catch of the day also provides options with chicken, meat, and vegetables for those who have allergies or simply don’t appreciate the delicacies of the ocean.

you can choose to sit inside, outside, or at the bar if you want to watch a game and have a beer, wine, or a cocktail.

great selection of seafood plates. many seafood combo choices as appetizers, small plates and dinners. great lobster bisque to start. would come back on next visit to miami.

great atmosphere! i had the blackened kingfish and it was very good. i also had a house salad and fried plantain chips and both were tasty. i splurged and had the chocolate cake for dessert. it was just ok but hey its chocolate it can't be too bad right?

the food was excellent. the service was just as good. the drinks were made to perfection. the prices are a little on the steep side, but well worth it.

catch of the day. went on a thursday evening early. our server was excellent, the pargo frito the best that i have had in a long time. everyone at the table were very satisfied with their selection and enjoyed the food. great service and excellent food

we were so disappointed by this place.  on so many levels.  catch of the day boasts on their website and all over the menu that they have been voted best seafood in miami by new times magazine, gables gazette and the sun post magazine.  i don’t see why. first of all, the tables are placed so close together the man behind my chair couldn’t help but bump into me every three minutes.  second of all, our server doesn’t get the whole concept of food service.  i will get to the food in a minute. our server obviously had no time for us.  as she stood at our table to take our order she was clearly more interested in everything else going on in the restaurant than taking our order.  another server or assistant had brought us a basket consisting of two rolls and a handful of crackers which our server apparently did not see at first.  she passed our table very quickly only a minute later and dropped off another bread basket without even slowing down.  about four minutes later a

just dined there. excellent, creative fish dishes. my corvina fish was perfectly prepared. reasonably priced with great service and atmosphere. we'll dine here again next time wer're in miami! highly recommended!

my wife and i walked over from our hotel. i had the seared tuna steak. it was fantastic! my wife had the whole snapper. it was great as well.

there was servers, but no service. don't get me wrong, food was delivered and the food was ok. maybe the game was distracting the bartender from noticing the new customers, spilling beer on the bar and short changing to increase his tips. the customers made it better, but the guy drinking the glenlivet (possible owner or partner) and touching barmaids was disturbing.
thumbs up if you want to get drunk. thumbs down if you want bar service and you aren't buying pitchers.

the most insulting horrible hostess ever. follow up service was even worse. stay away if you don't want your family insulted.

how underwhelming! it is a sad statement when the best part our meal was the whole fried fish and the corona. the dish after dish was bland and tasteless, the croutons on the salad stale, the soups flavorless. even the cuban coffee left much to be desired. i wish i could see the service was great, unfortunately that was pretty bad too. we're obviously not coming back and i'll be sure to warn any potential victims.
