good food and service marriott keeps well to its standards. been there quite a few time never disappoints or embarrasses if you take in guests

this is by far the best kerala restaurant in the country!. food here is made with so much of love and passion that i have never experienced anything worse than the best in the restaurant.

excellent food and great service. the ambience was really nice. enjoyed the meal here. the chef takes the trouble to ask every single diner about the quality of the food served.

excellent place to dine out.yhe food was authentic and well prepared. iam glad that i was able to experience local flavour dishes from cassava. the kozhi chukka and chutta kozhi chaps was awesome. am really thankful to the server for suggestion. all staff was very kind, helpful and proffessional. i highly recommend it. will try to visit again.

great ambience....food was excellent.....seafood speciality theme is going on........i ordered for a catla with typical kerala spice it was excellent.....very friendly staff and interactive too....and meal which we ordered will be served in chatty which is made of clay.......i love this place......thank you kochi marriott.. .....

located in the premises of the marriott in the hub of the city near the one of the asias biggest lullu mall .the ambiance was extraordinary and the service was excellent with courteous staff. authentic kerala dishes .had karimeen and idiyappam .it was delicious and they had many options of local cuisines .on terms of price it was bit high but overall a classy resturant .

well being a marriott hotel, it will be expensive but the lunch buffett is just satisfying. there is a 2 table long section only for desserts, so dont fill the stomach at once by the main course. joe suresh peter

good food and great company are two pre-requisites for a wonderful evening. while the latter is in your control, the former needs to be experienced ! had tonnes of both today at the cassava. awesome food and wonderful company. all the dishes that we tried were made to perfection and were just right. the fish pollchathu, the prawns and the chicken were just great. served with malabari parathas, pathiri and appam. the dessert vatalapam was delicate with a fine balance of jaggery and rice. served along with pineapple, that was the perfect ending to a fabulous evening. must visit for a wonderful experience of kerala food. thank you chef and the rest of the restaurant team for a fabulous evening !

excellent traditional home style keralite specialities. flavorsome achaars on the side. nice curries, great variety. a bit of boring old school portuguese interior styling. nevertheless you can enjoy the food.

excellent food and great ambience. me and my family. i tried lunch buffet. nice buffet which you can get in lowest price. i had the biriyani, which was very tasty and mouthwatering.. and service side was also fine. the chef saji was awesome. really appreciate.. i will visit again..

beautiful ambience...polite staffs.buffet arranged for our team with limited varieties but whatever was there was so delicious. in deserts kerala payasam was there highlight.

lovely ambience, proffessional staff and really lip smacking food! must try- alleppey prawns. the food is real authentic kerala cuisine and will leave you licking your fingers. highly recommend.

dinner with the family in house as we spent a night in cochin and we were too tired to explore the city. never had traditional kerala cuisine presented as fine dining.

well we can start with the kids. there wasn’t anything in the menu they liked and our server readily took an order for fish fingers, chicken popcorn and tomato penne pasta. the portions were huge and food was yummy. so off to a good start.

with the recommendation of our server we went with neimeen kalil porichathu to start which was seerfish delicately cooked with red masala. yummy!
the mains was alleppey prawn curry and a lamb dish. the prawn curry was possible the best keralite curry i have ever mopped up with an appam. so much so i had to ask for the recipe. the engaging and involved chef saji was happy to share it as well.
through the course of the dinner several staff passed by and had a good conversation with us. not your typical barging into a conversation and asking if everything is ok and disappearing. refreshing!

after a week of eating kerala food at restaurants and home to then eat it at a 5 star hotel could be concerning because of the price. but if you keep in mind the overall experience, the great staff, wonderful chef and tasty food it’s well worth it. definitely a place to revisit for us.
