caribbean sushi

always so pleased with the service here! amazing sushi with neighborhood friendliness. i always feel like i’m treated royally here. owner brings us special sauces to try. one was too spicy so they brought me mochi. great place for sushi lovers with a sweet tooth.

the mango habanero sauce and spucy strawberry sauce are insane! all of the sauces are good actually. make sure you get the fried plantains as an appatizer.

i went to this sad excuse for a sushi restaurant back about three months ago (wrote a review that they would not let me reply back to). anyway, this place tries to do a japanese/caribbean fusion type of sushi. they fail. when i visited i ordered 6 rolls and all of them were really fishy (i get that its sushi but it was bad fish fishy). 

i alerted my waitress and the chef came out. he asked what i didn't like, i told him the fish was not fresh. he then proceeded to ask me if i had eaten sushi before. i informed him that i have eaten sushi my whole life (fine establishments like nobu). he then proceeded to tell me that i was probably not use to sushi. i asked to have two rolls that my party had not touched taken off the bill and they refused. 

this place is a joke and i now plan on putting reviews about this awful place everywhere since they disabled my response on the original thread. keep up the awful work guys!!!! chef adrian lollolol.

this place is the best. it is family friendly and everything is made to order. ingredients are fresh and you will not get those small rolls but big ones which are the best. the menu has a large variety of rolls and bowls. he is always looking for ways to change it up.

the sushi was so fresh and amazing, and the sauces were awesome! service was quick and great! loved it and would make a special trip to broken arrow just to go there again!

there's a very cozy atmosphere in this hidden little ba gem, and the staff were nice and attentive.  my daughter and i ordered volcano rolls and they were both fresh and yummy.  the side salad was also very crisp and refreshing. i'd definitely recommend checking this place out at least once, there were many interesting japanese-caribbean fusion items we saw on the menu that we want to try so i'm sure we'll be back.

loved this place. garlic edamame was delicious. tried my first baked roll here and it was also delicious. service was great and friendly. i want to try a fusion roll next time.

my favorite restaurant! if you go you might even see me there because that's how often i enjoy this place. sushi is typically not something filling but this place is completely different, you will be stuffed. not liking raw food isn't a problem either because there are several cooked rolls and they're all fabulous. great kids meals and service too. they're a 10/10 for sure.

loved, loved the place and food.. i had the plantain roll which i found so good. i immediately had to tell friends and family about this new local place. yummy! portions are big and well under priced for fresh sushi. highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.

if it wasn't for all the cream cheese i'd like it. my friend and i ordered a couple of rolls and a deconstructed roll per say (rice bowl). everything about this place is good, service, quality of ingredients and friendliness. i just couldn't get past the cream cheese in every item. guess next time i'll try to have them leave it out. it does take time to get your food as there is a family from venezuela, father, mother and daughter that i know of that work the restaurant and very nice people. they don't have nigiri, mostly rolls, hand rolls and rice bowls. they do have some items with plantain which i really like and need to try as well.
