thank you for helping me to complete my projects -- your restaurant is another office from the office for me. food and service excellent as usual. peaceful and mellow atmosphere with excellent views. thank you manager lawrence ramphisa and arnoldt breedt with the great team consisting of waiters collins, lister, alfredo, faith,trevor, joseph, tendai, priviledge, dylan, tatenta, zintle, hope, theo, agenda and emmanuel. i had a lovely 3-cheese focaccia (see photo) -- just 3 slices rest going home.... so that i can also enjoy some of the tender perfectly grilled lamb chops.....

wish i took photos! it was there one second and gone the next. 100% would order again ~ the wraps and burgers are both amazing must-try’s! big portions and ate my heart out 👌

the atmosphere was great especially after lockdown blues. the steak was tasty but overcooked. the sangria was horrible but got better with ice and perseverance!

first of all, kudos to our waitress, she was so patient and kind and followed instructions really well. the food and drinks were served timeously and everything was absolutely delicious. it was really great to have a great experience in this trying pandemic period we’re living in. i definitely recommend trying the chicken livers and the pasta was cooked to perfection! we will definitely be going back.

went for a quick lunch. service was good, food was ok.. burger a tad bit on the dry side and the sesame chicken was dry... positive - double espresso was excellent!

i usually come here for breakfast but this time around i came for wine and dessert.
we ordered a sangria and it tasted really good, i’m considering returning for another.

the dessert was disappointing. we ordered a peppermint tiramisu, it arrived too quickly and it was very watery.

the service was great.

popped in for a lunch meeting today. was surprised by the big variety on the menu and the affordability thereof. i order a lovely hazelnut cappuccino and grilled chicken with basil pesto topping. it was delicious. very happy

a few days ago i tried some apple pie from the new menu. i prefered it without the syrup just with some fresh apple and icecream instead of cream. the desert was actually a lovely delicately spiced apple cake with a crunchy topping and generous nuts. the fresh apple slices complemented it magnificently and it was not too sweet. i will definitely have it again! (i actually ordered another portion to take home and it was just as delicous with a little custard). look at the photograph and judge for yourself. thank you again colin and team. your very high standards are most appreciated (the wrap that i took home with me as well as the grilled hake was superb). thanks again -- see you soon! 5/5

first patron to try the new oxtail on the menu (they swapped the gnochi for traditional rice for me). lovely, new slightly zingy twist to an old favourite! congrats to colin and the team. delicious as always -- will have the salmon wrap to take home with lovely apple cake. perfect for the winter that is on its way.

my office from the office. beautiful view to the east. feel away from the city -- spacious. lovely music selection to complement great meals, really fresh salads, best hake, grilled lamb, chicken, specials on tuesdays and thursdays (so good you will insist on paying the full amount). the best omelet anywhere. everyone working there are the best ever. they go the extra mile every time -- no joking. what a pleasure -- go and de-stress. they understand the importance of the 'office restaurant meeting place' during the day and breathing space after hours. thank you one and all -- you are the best.

a short weekend break from johannesburg staying at irene country lodge, our breakfast at cappucinos was very very average.
our first visit to this brand, who would’ve thought the coffee would be so disappointing.
the interior looked tired and the seat upholstery on the booth we were sitting at was disintegrating, felt dirty and grimy. the table was sticky. the food was average. always wondered about this brand...... not for me

pleasantly suprised by the wonderful service we received at this branch on new years day! the pizza/pasta special on mondays is great value for money (r65 for any pizza or pasta on the menu!), they also had a cocktail special (r35), and our waiters recommendation - mango daquiries and the strawberry supernova - was spot on! food came promptly and was fresh and delicious. refreshing to visit a franchise that is run this well.

we were welcomed with open arms. the staff were very friendly and helpful (thank you ayanda). i ordered a cappas spaciale pizza and my date ordered the bbq chicken with grilled vegetables. the food portions were generous and neither of us could finish our meals. and the atmosphere was pleasant and cozy. to our surprise, we were even offered a free dessert to take home by the management. we truly enjoyed the experience. we left with smiles on our faces...

great atmosphere, excellent food at very affordable prices. my restaurant of choice. friendly waiters and staff. i have never been let down.

cappuccinos is an average spot for meals. i normally order a pizza. the last instance i found that the pizzas were lacking in flavour. the service and ambience was enjoyable.

we decided to try out cappuccinos' monday 'special' seeing that we are still far from payday! it is a great deal actually - any pizza, pasta and strombroli for r64.00. i had the parma stromboli (parma ham, parmesan and rocket) - this is served with a side salad. very tasty and the stromboli was properly 'stuffed'. it tasted better than it looks, it looked a bit burned, but it wasn't - think it is just from the woodfired pizza oven. my husband ordered spaghetti al paella. not your traditional idea of paella - but then again, you don't normally make paella with spaghetti either! again, very generous portion with huge chucks of chicken, etc. had to 'doggy bag' both our meals! the service was a bit too laid back - especially after we placed our meal order. still, real value for monday if you just want to pop out for a quick bite to eat! or if you are simply too lazy to cook - like we were!
