one of my favourite breakfast places to go! the cheese omelette is my favourite! haven’t tried an omelette as good anywhere else in the city. great sweets for anyone with a sweet tooth. small place but cozy.

love the steak and cheese sandwich.  very friendly staff.  buns are fresh and soft.  in fact i preordered a couple of dozen for a pick up a few days later, and the person who served me when i went to pick them up tried to hand them over to me assuming they had already been paid for.  i proceeded to hand over what i owed and couldn't resist adding some custard tarts to my order.

non speaking portuguese customers not welcome. i have been a very good customer of this bakery for over 20 years (various locations)on march 28, 2015 i had the worse experience ever. i felt bullied & disrespected when two young employees served a portuguese lady who budded in front of me & purchased all the cod fish balls leaving 2 burned ones that they offer me to buy. this place caters to portuguese customers only. stay away from the 2625 weston rd location.

good simple food. great small place with a relaxed atmosphere and good food. we highly recommend the cod cakes, sandwiches and pastries. the little yellow custard tarts are phenomenal.
