date: 3rd nov 2019 cake ordered: red velvet with dark chocolate cake. cake received: melted red velvet cake with chocolate sauce topping. from: zomato order no: 1966240565
cafelisious restro person fooled me by delivering wrong and spoiled item.
very disappointed. please do not order online with this restaurant. instead of item we ordered they will deliver which is not getting sold or melted cake, thinking online delivery apps like swiggy and zomato will then replace or refund. they just want to clear the stock which is not sold.
worst, non trustable restro i have ever experienced.

no chicken in one sandwich! when i contacted them either they don’t pick and if they pick they ask you to wait. i waited for almost 30minutes but no response. it’s not good to make a hungry person wait so i put this review with the picture! this is not how a good restaurant should work. so unprofessional... disappointed

good place for hanging out and have sandwich n milkshake, but pastry's are not that great. sometimes the pastry's aren't fresh. make sure you ask for fresh pastry.

expensive for small cup of juice around 80 rupees but a cup is small and quantity is less . not happy with juice no cold in sunny weather so wats use of spending money for cold juice

absolutely disappointed with the food ordered. did not deliver the correct order and missed an item from delivery. when called immediately blamed the delivery boy for stealing it. absolutely arrogant manager who said you are a zomato customer take it up with zomato.
if you can't treat all customers same then don't run a so called cafe. absolutely disgusted with your tone and attitude moreover pathetic food quality.
update the owner and the team at the restaurant does not care about online orders. missed an item and till date has not replaced it. after multiple calls, all i get is no english talk only kannada. even after speaking in broken kannada they have been absolutely rude and ridiculous.

ordered a mango milkshake from here.was really watery and didn’t taste good.they used the essence instead of the fruit.really disappointing.

food is not good. no value for money. not so called 'cafe'. menu includes bunch of bakery stuffs, pastry and beverages, food is average, nothing great, food quality is not up to any cafe standards
