we were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was especially at the price. carne asada with chimichuri was done perfectly. everything very tasty!!!

this place was a pleasant surprise. it’s a very eclectic menu. it’s like 10 food trucks got together and said, let’s serve one item from each menu, and the taco truck said, ok but we have to have more than one taco choice. we really enjoyed the blt scallop tacos, and the yucca fries were outstanding. would definitely come back.

outstanding food and service!!! their carnitas taco were phenomenal, the pork was flavorful and the pico de gallo and avocado salsa condiments only complimented the pork flavor rather than mask it. their street corn, though different from any elotes i've ever had was delicious. i look forward to returning here.

great food and service. blt scallop tacos were phenomenal, as were the plantains, beans, rice, etc. veggie salad and miso soup also very good.

close your eyes and you are in venice beach california. great food, great scene and chill music.

had the thai curry medium heat and kale salad with brussels sprouts. amazing.

huge diverse eclectic menu selection.

cafe verde was a lovely restaurant. we sat outside and had a lovely view of the herb garden. both my friend and i had the carne asada tacos. the wait was long. the 2 tacos came without chips or any sides. when served there were a few pieces of meat in a tortilla shell along with an abundance of fresh tomato. i tasted a little bit of onion and there was a small amout of an avacado sauce. no cheese, lettuce or any other foods that make up a good taco. left hungry and went to the taco shack.

cafe verde was beyond expectations! the ingredients were fresh and the sauces were phenomenal. i enjoyed the yellow curry and it was amazing!

amazing scallop tacos, great beer selection. and they allow dogs on the patio. small and cute place.
on weekends there's a guy that plays great guitar music outside.

love this place!. i went to lunch with two friends, one of whom is vegan, we had an absolutely wonderful lunch. my friend and i had the scallop tacos with fried plantains, and her daughter, the vegan, had the beans and rice. we also had the brussel sprouts with cashews and parmesan cheese as an appetizer, everything was amazing, including the perfectly chilled wine. i will definitely back for the dinner menu! the wait staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. my new favorite place.

i'm vegetarian and i was in heaven!. so many vegetarian options and all outstanding! the dishes were unique and super tasty, we ate here twice in one weekend. my meat-eating compadre also loved her dishes. it's a must-go!

had an absolutely delicious and wonderful lunch with my mother here. i had the shrimp cerviche salad and she had the chicken adobo salad....,both fresh and delicious! the prices are insanely reasonable and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. going back for dinner and bringing the rest of the family this week. awesome food in a relaxing environment!

wonderful little restaurant. had a fabulous meal last night at this little cafe! the wait staff was attentive and helpful and the food was delicious! don't miss the street corn, and the brussel sprouts with asparagus was very good. nice wines at reasonable prices, and the mahi mahi special was very fresh and flavorful-plenty of food-my friend and i split this main dish. will definitely return!
