it's a pity people hve given this restaurant such less rating. it's the only restaurant with great continental chinease and italian food.not like ira or sayaji with random food with too much spice. just go and eat here have the dishes and people.who hve given less rating screw the buffet call the chef and ask him to make something. it's the best restaurant when it comes to taste

i just had the buffet dinner there which turned out to be a huge disappointment. they hardly had any options and nothing tasted good except for maybe papdi chaat.. but one wouldn't want to spend 950+ taxes for papdi chaat. the fish was smelly, chicken too chewy and the soup was just like boiled water. i clearly left everything in my plate to which the manager asked me if i liked the food.. when i told her that i did not, she said "ok" and walked away. sad to see such levels of service from a hotel like hyatt.

we recently visited hyatt cafe oriza . decided to go for buffet option . the presentation of buffet itself was not upto mark , plus the tasteless bland food. right from starter chat , main course or even the desert were not worth the money spent . also considering cold weather , they should try to keep the food hot . the buffet was just laid out and it turned pale and cold . they really need to improve the quality of their buffet.

always the delivery is delayed when we order from cafe oriza that's not a good thing. it always shows your order is delayed

they charged us service charge as well without our confirmation.limited options and service was slow

my first time visit to cafe oriza. definitely a top notch experience and can be compared to any top restaurants in india. taste wise its yummilicious, and also the staff and their courteous nature made my day very special.

their specials broccoli anarkali is a must try.

the taste was really good, the only problem was it was a little sweet. maybe because of the stuffing inside. also one more side dish could have been a even more delightful. also a little to pricy.
