we went around 8 o'clock and ordered food but till 9 o'clock we didn't even get a single
order.after 45 minutes of ordering ,waiter came and told there was no bread or any drinks/shakes available.for any order they took around 30
minutes to prepare and serve us ( even french fries). management is pathetic.there was only one waiter who was super confused.lastly we ordered manchurian and it was completely burnt
but they didn't accept there mistake.they had run out of regular water so they served us mineral water without even asking and lastly added 20 rs/- per bottle which was of 10 rs/-and they argued with us alot and didn't accept their mistake.in short, it's not worth to go this far for such a pathetic cafe.and route is too scary for girls to go alone as there were no street lights.also there were lot of mosquitoes and quantity was too less for the price mentioned in the menu.

great ambiance, good food, good choice if would like a long drive after dinner as it is out of city.
pizza is very good and ratatouille was fresh.

mocktails are good. a little pricy but a value for money package

it was really a bad experience we ordered arbiita pasta which was not good at all only tomatoes taste was coming.. veg sandwiches was not as we recommended to them.. 4 seasons pizza was not at all worth cold coffee was ok thick shake was good dragon wedges were good
and worst thing that they don't accept credit card going too far for food was not worth ..
only ambience was good not the food

best place to go if searching for a long drive and food..in the outskirts of the city but worth wasting your fuel for😅
food is 8/10 and ambience is 11/10
a must visit

we came here in a group of four to hog on goood food! at the very best time to come to this cafe, i.e. in the evening! (cant bear the afternoon heat, so.. only in the evening :p)

we ordered,
1. two pizzas, one farm's verde and one four seasons!
2. a mama rosa's pasta
3. peri peri french fries
4. bruschettas
5. a cappuccino
6. two cold coffees
7. a cafe madrid frappe
8. two bottles of water (yeah mineral water)

our bill? 1018 rupees.

and we would have ordered more if we weren't full!

this all accounted for almost 250 rupees per head! that's value for money. you may still feel the quantity is less!

now for food review,

pasta was actually really goood! (quantity was the issues for me here) so was the four seasons pizza! best. nothing would be spicy here, so you'll have to ask for them to either make it spicy, or use chilly flakes and chilly sauce to make up for it.

the madrid frappe was a bit disappointing. could've been better, but cold coffee were good considering they cost you only 60 bucks. the cappuccino was good! of course it is a cafe, the coffee's gotta be good!

bruschettas are not anything special but are still good! the fries are good! if you're a fan of the good 'ol fries of burger king, then these fries might be a bit disappointing. nevertheless, tasted good!

so in all, great place for a party! great place for hogging on food! great place to chill with friends!

moreover, you can get a club membership and enjoy the pool and the gym and the ambience, which by the way was great! chill place!

p.s. ask them specifically to bring regular water if you don't intend to pay for the mineral water! 😂😂

decoration is great food also ncafe is too much good but have to allow for pool n yaa thanku soo much for the decoration n cake taste us very much tasty n yumm guys do visit

the ambience of this cafe is very good but if they add fans to open air seating then it will be more comfortable to sit in this hot summer.
they should also have facility to pay through cards which is not available.

pathetic behaviour of cashier/manager and serving staff.
we visited today at 08pm and first ordered bruschetta which they did not serve till 08.30 so we ordered pizza as well as mocktail as curfew was from 10 pm and we had to reach back home. at 09.10 the guy came and said there is no cheese and so pizza cannot be prepared for you and no other items with cheese is possible. so we ordered manchurian and pasta arrabiata but pasta was pathetic with water like sauce.
while paying the bill i offered my credit card to which the manager/cashier said machine is not working and we need to pay by qr code or cash. i told him about the pizza incidence and he said your pizza was served to other table and then cheese wasnt available and he even did not say sorry when i said your customer is going hungry after spending 02 hours because of curfew and the incidence of pizza and machine not working was pathetic and you are not even showing courtesy to say sorry to which he even did not respond
will never ever visit....

good ambience and atmosphere!! polite staff!! in the outskirts of the city, good for quite long drives and peacefull atmosphere! 😊 just they need to add some good music on the go!

cafe madrid has a nice interior. the place is quite refreshing and lively. great food and ambience! i had nachos ,cold coffee, cappuccino, ginger tea, fries. quantity is not up to the mark but the taste is great. it's a good place to hangout with friends and family:)

nice place far away from city food quality is very nice compare to price they are giving quality food and service is also good awesome place for hangout with friends nd family.

having veggie panini sandwich, mighty nachos and mojito is definitely value for money. it's a good place for lunch and having a quality time.

everything we ordered was so much worth it! the pasta was 10/10. the french fries were a lil less in quantity so 9/10. and the beverages were again 9/10. i loved the ambiance too!

best place out of the city chaos, a peaceful place to have good conversations, and place with good food. good ambience, a perfect place for after noon meetings. 😍👌

this place has the perfect ambiance, the vibe of the cafe is really amazing, as it has a view at pool side, but the food is totally opposite to it , i was really disappointed with the food and not only one dish, everything i ordered wasn't satisfying! we had mexican sandwich, pesto pasta , red gravy pasta, oreo shake ! the quality wasn't that great compared to the prices they're charging ! it's way to costly for that bad food !
