anubhav garg of this cafe provides scootys on rent which stop working. their scootys are not serviced and tourists get stuck in the middle of the road on some mountain. their solution is to call them for assistance. basically ruining the experience for any tourist. pathetic .

a cute place with delicious food in front of mall road .loved the pizza and hot chocolate.ambience with wooden infrastructure was beautiful.i loved the place because it was vegetarian too

chole kulcha speciality of cafe library we try many things there but don’t like as much as chole kulcha highly recommended to you guys whenever you go to mussoorie and don’t find anything to have it you can go and have this tastiest chole kulcha

they serve the best choco lava cake in town. must try. we celebrated our anniversary with these yummy cakes.

the owner runs a bike rental buisness and he doesn't care about service. he just want money from money from the tourists..

after a days outing we decided to have some hot chocolate at cafe library. it's at mall road like at the junction so very prominent. we had hot chocolate and black forest & red velvet pastries. the cafe has a comfy ambience. the pastries were good and the hot chocolate was very delicious. the service was a bit slow coz maybe they were under staffed or something but overall it was good.

just another cafe. we went there for coffee and it was served cold. there is hardly any comfortably seating place and the whole establishment looks like a hole in the wall. disappointing

situated right below the library on library chowk. authentically designed cafe place. professionally done coffee flavours.

just below the mussoorie library, its a quaint and clean place. the flavours are nice, and the food has value for money. one of the mid ranged but good eateries in mussoorie.

situated at the mall road's heart, had very good positive vibes n ambience.
we tried their classic hot chocolate, vanilla hot chocolate, pancakes, soup.. everything was super delicious. hot chocolate made us warm from inside in the cold weather.
service was also good. must visit this place👍👍

absolutely fantastic food.. the pizza was crispy and cheesy.. the white sauce pasta was perfect.. cold coffee was thick without being overly sweet.. don't go here for the ambience as the same is quite simple..

recently visited cafe library with my family.
it's a small outlet but if you're finding a place to eat at affordable price without compromising the taste, then i must say this is the best option for you.

when i was in mussorie,i visited this cafe, wooden ambience here is nice, i tried chowmein & mango shake,mango shake was good & chowmein was ok :-)

a nice little cozy place, service was ok, a bit slow to attend due to the rush of peak season in mussoorie.
irish coffee was not upto the mark, since it had milk foam and not whipped cream and was on the sweeter side and lacked the punch of the irish liqueur. 3/5

red devil mocktail, fresh crushed ginger with grenadine syrup with soda and mint leaves. this was a refreshing drink and someone who loves the heat from ginger would surely love this. 5/5

veg roll, had diced vegetables of capsicum, onions cabbage sauted in a mild spice mix. the outer crepe / roti was soft but not flaky. only drawback was the inside filling was a bit oily and kept falling out of the roll making it a bit messy to eat. 3.5/5

egg roll, had a simple egg and no sauce etc inside crepe / roti was soft. paired with the accompanied tomato relish or salsa it was nice and light. 4/5

the salsa was excellently balanced and flavoured. loved it. 5/5

small place right on library chowk. serves okayish food. a very good place to get some refreshment after sightseeing as the cafe is located right where the taxis drop you.
indoor seating with 4-5 tables.
