a cafe is a place which is supposed to make coffee not serve our of a machine. worse, even their machine isn't working. you cannot just give yourself a fancy name, put some lights, print an extensive menu and have half of the items not available, including regular water. do not waste your time here, it's not worth the non-existent coffee, bad tea and dingy stairs.
