impressive ambience.. quite warm.. there wasn't much crowd.. enjoyed the tea cake.. hot chocolate.. cheese cake could have been a little softer.. mostly enjoyed the attention from the staff mr. ronald .. who even offered us some cup cakes.. also a surprisingly sweet artist who sang taylor swift song which made me loose myself..

this review is specifically for buttercream co and not the loft. our order for two smoothies was completely missed by the hostess at the counter and we were left unattended for almost thirty minutes despite repeated reminders.at the end as we arose to leave,she informs us that the blender is broken- a fact that should have been addressed at the start. also no water is provided unless specifically requested,same goes for tissues and cutlery. as we brought up these issues to the hostess,she was least interested in hearing us out or offering an explanation. yes the aesthetic is great, yes the coffee is great-all thanks to blue tokai but their pitiful customer service negates it all. this is truly sad because we always look forward to trying new coffee and the experience has left us with a bitter taste! and it is tragically not from the strong coffee :(

it was sent cold and wrapped in a plastic clinge wrap. the garlic butter was just put into the few cuts of the crossaint and it didn't taste anywhere close to the hype and expectations given by so many. highly disappointed.

finally mangalore gets a place that gets its croissants right😋. this morning, i got an insatiable urge for croissants and drove despite the downpour to this place @7.30 am. my first visit. loved it.

in my opinion perfect croissants are those that :- 1) crumble and crunchy exterior but moist insides 2) give a fragrance of melting butter from the box 3) puffy but not chewy.

the butter croissants and the chocolate croissants meet all of the above.

the lemon curd cupcake is an absolute hit- perfectly balanced taste of lemon and sugar, the moisture just perfect .

the crossaint was stale, manageable for the price i paid, it was crispy but inner layers were stale

what a beautiful place to have a good evening outing with your friends and enjoy some good live music!
we tried the chocolate and coffee donut which was so delicious!

quantity is do less not worth the money

kindly send the items put into a cover rather than just handing it over directly in a paper box.

buttercream is the perfect place to go to if you love your desserts and your coffee. loved everything i tried from the buco brownies to the croissant sandwich. my personal favourite being the cold coffee cupcake. to add to it, the ambience and the live music makes it an even better experience. my go to place to unwind.

love the hot chocolate here.. the coffee's here are good.. the staff is very helpful and the ambience is amazing!!

tried most of the desserts here ..amazing croissants..decent cheesecakes..cupcakes so moist and yum ..decent sandwiches.

one point , may be your one of case coz rest of the food was so fresh and moist
