burger 21

good!. the burgers were nicely prepared and not too greasy. the recipes were fairly standard but the ingredients spoke for themselves. the shakes were also quite delicious making for a nice compliment to the meal. the most interesting aspect i found were the condiments. they ranged from the mundane (ketchup, mustard, mayo), the intriguing (apple cider sauce, and ancho chile ketchup), to the down right weird (marshmallow sauce?). i rather liked the apple cider sauce but by the end of the meal i was adamant on the notion that the marshmallow sauce simply shouldn't be. overall an excellent place to grab a good burger, but if you aren't a fan of kids stay away because this place was loaded with them.

love this place!!!!!. my hubby and i eat lunch here every tuesday and thursday. we just can't get enough! the burgers are all amazing, from the philly to the cinco burger, they are made perfect every time. the fries are the best ever, we always get a basket of the sweet potato and regular. the servers are friendly and courteous, and know us very well. definitely recommend this place!

the best. so happy i discovered burger 21. the best burger i've ever had. perfectly seared outside, slightly pink inside. the brioch bun is perfect to hold up to my favorite condiments on the tex mex.have tried many others, including two of the hot dog offerings. can't say enough about the entire experience. servers are great. there's one - think his name is aaron who has been just great several times we were there. have brought guests from pgh who love you all.

having spent less than a year in this country, i have been on a constant search for the juiciest of burgers around!

i have tried the chicken burgers on their menu so far and i must say, i am addicted. the buffalo chichen burger being my favorite. 
juicy patty, spiced to the apt levels, dripping with blue cheese, sandwiched in between a juicy bun is all it takes me to forget about the worries of the world ;) i ams surely going back to try everything i possibly can, but that does not stop me from rating this place a 4 already.

the 'b' theme on the walls stands out and probably talks about the values this chain upholds. the red theme is meant to and is successful in making you crave for food :)

i like the fact that you could choose between regular sitting areas or bar like window-facing sitting areas or my favorite - outdoor! 

the westchase one is apparently the very first. i am glad its just a hop away from my office and i can give in to my craving for junk and enjoy the most succulent burgers around!

"the worst burger". this place makes awfull burgers.my burger was salty and burnt and french fries as well.i will never go there again.

i love burger 21 but.... we've had horrible service the two times we went to this particular location. the first time we ordered here, my gluten-free burger was served 20 minutes later than the rest of the party. we thought it was a fluke, because another location we've frequented never had issues with our order. however, on our most recent visit they completely forgot my order. i love burger 21's food, but this one has bad service.

very good. i tend to be disappointed by burgers whenever i eat out, but i was really impressed with burger 21. their bbq bacon burger was very good; just the right amount of sauce, and the burger was done perfectly. the crispy onions were a nice touch, too. i have to say, though, that my favorite part of eating there was the cookies and cream shake. it was so delicious.

deliciously saucy.. yum! that's the adjective i would use to best describe burger 21. they are a very creative and worthwhile addition to the tampa restaurant scene.

along with having arguably the best burgersin the tampa area, their real standout is the sauces! almost a dozen of those bad boys lined up and ready to flavor your burgers, 'dogs fries, and whatever else (shakes? fingers?).

my favorite is the toasted marshmallow, even better on sweet potato fries. the thai ketchup, which tastes like a blend of sweet chili sauce and good ol' heinz is a close second. the chipotle mayo is great on a burger, or even fries a la belgian style.

the shakes here, though a bit spendy, are awesome as well. the whole shebang is wrapped up in a clever diner style quick service format.

i have been to 3 different locations so far, and have never had a bad experience or a bad burger. note to mcdonalds, this is what the future of fast food looks like!

all in all, we had an amazing experience with burger 21; if you are looking for a burger in the tampa bay area, this is definitely the place to go! they are currently located in westchase, but are also opening a carrollwood location this fall. definitely stop by if you have the opportunity!

westchase/tampa. i've been to both of the burger 21's in the bay area. the burgers are good, kinda expensive. their buffalo chicken is really good. if you go, you have to try a milkshake. the chocolate peanutbutter will leave you wanting more! so delicious!!!!

mmmm, burgers. i have only eaten at burger 21 once, but sooo plan to go back! the day i went for lunch, i didn't want anything super heavy so i opted for black & blue wedge (three beef sliders on a wedge of iceburg w/ all the fixins') and it was ah-mazing and huge. i shared their sweet potato fries with a friend and loved them! if you order, def dip them in the marshmallow sauce. i will be going back, soon for a burger fix! **update** i have since been back and had the 'shroom burger and it was delish!

great food and service

at best so so. went there for a late lunch today; place was virtually empty. expected service, but no, you have to go to the counter, after picking up a paper menu at the door. not much better than a steak and shake. geta number; go sit down. i ordered the omg, and when it came and i began to eat it, and omg the grease and oil came out of the sandwich on to the paper on the plate and down my shirt and on to my shorts. not too pleased. burger was not cooked to order; guess it comes as they want it. not too bad; i have had better. but too pricey for what one gets. not a big fan; doubt i'll be back.
