bullfish grill

poor quality for price!. they served canned sweet potatoes for a $28 entree. then when we tried to split a 16 oz steak and wanted an additional salad they charged $5.99 for a tiny side salad. all of the food was bland and poor quality. the server never asked if we ever wanted refills and took 10 minutes to pick up the check. this is the first review i have ever left and it was such a terrible experience i could not help it. eat at park grill in gatlinburg for much better quality food for the price.

great dining experience with friendly service staff and magnificent food. ambience was clean and modern. service for a large party or guest was on point. highly recommend!

been twice and was not dissapointed. loved the food. it us my favorite place to eat in pigeon forge. bit of a fusion restaurant. i recommend any of the seafood, especially the tuna appitizer.

damn!. we did the bullfish grill, was not impressed. the salad was good and the bread too, we both had the ribeye and it was the worst we have ever had. not sure what type of beef these steaks came from but they tasted like they had been processed and looked like they had also. it looked something like a sponge? it tasted like a beef flavored sponge? the texture was nothing like we had ever seen before, we only could eat about half before our taste buds said "that's enough!" will not be going back to the bullfish grill any time soon?

black and blue salads were scrumptious. fried green tomatoes good but looked prefabbed. service excellent.

a bit pricey but good. bullfish was located across the street from our hotel so we decided to give it a try. the shrimp and grits and chicken florentine was very good. expect to spend a little more than a lot of other family restaurants in the area but overall it's probably worth it.

went here tonight for my wife's birthday dinner. i ordered a 12oz. ribeye medium, and she ordered the mahi mahi. her fish was cooked perfectly, but my steak was burnt and chewy. i unfortunately will be leaving town tomorrow, so this may be an isolated incident. however, based on this experience, i have to down vote.

amazing really. the food and service is just amazing. the pictures they show here don't even come close to how great their food is. i have eaten several different items from their menu and have been wow'd every time. amazing! well worth the money and any wait there might be.

i had shrimp and grits it was terrible. grits were so thick, fried hard shrimp. never again. i'll stick to the local goat they are delicious there

this is one of the higher rated restaurants in the area.  we ate a bit late (8:00 pm) on a saturday.  no wait for a table.  several servers were loitering at the front desk waiting for patrons.  our food was really good - hot, fresh, appetizing and good presentation.  the atmosphere is quite comfortable.  our disappointment was with the service.  apparently when there are several larger groups in, and you are "merely" a party of two, you get only the minimum for attention.  our server - though polite - pretty much went through the motions.  then after deposting our check she disappeared for about 15 minutes before retrieving it.  still trying to decide if the overall experience was worth coming back.

daniela made our experience wonderful. the house bread was slightly salty and was served with soft butter. the crab cakes were tender and flavorful. the mashed potatoes needed some salt, and the cheese grits needed some pepper. but i’d definitely eat it all again.

was really excited to try this after reading reviews, but was extremely disappointed!  the "host/hostess" were so busy goofing off, they got confused seating our party, 2 people.  when we finally were seated, it was 8 full minutes until we were greeted by our server.  it was another 5-10 minutes until we got our drinks, and we placed our order at this time as well.  it was another 15-20 minutes before we got our appetizer.  the spinach/artichoke dip was the best part of the meal.  we got this before i received my salad.  while waiting for any kind of food, i could see straight into the kitchen and got the chance to see our server making out with i'm guessing her husband/boyfriend.  other servers walked by her like it happened all the time and was no big deal.  we got our food shortly after i received my salad.  my husband's fish and chips was good, but my sirloin and potato crackles were not.  the steak had no flavor.
