amazing coffee. i’m a coffee junkie, always looking for a good cup. starbucks sucks, in my opinion, and this place should never be compared. absolutely addicted to their double dog espresso beans, can’t start a normal morning without them. so whether you’re up for sweet, bitter, strong or mild, you can find it here, and the it’s the best in town.

so buddy brew is taking on food! and it's awesome! simple brekfast options executed well and the churchill sandwhich is pretty interesting and delicious! the presentation is good - again simple but thought about. i can't wait till they start serving beer and wine! i hope they serve lunch and small bites!!! the new shop is super cool inside - think epicurean meets oxford exchange but cooler. the coffee is locally roasted in the shop attached and the innovative choices for you coffee expierence go on and on. buddy brew will be a tampa staple.

i am simply not cool enough to enjoy this place. i actually like to get coffee in under 30 minutes. however - if you're a hipster, you will love it. i feel like i'm in a portlandia episode. :-)

changed the way i drink coffee. i love independant coffee shops. i try most of the ones in the area and always try ones with good reviews in cities i visit. buddy brew is by far the best of them all. the beans are fresh and roasted to perfection. the barista's know their coffee and make the best latte (please do not add sugar) i have ever had. while some have said it is a bit pricey you really do get what you pay for. i roast my own beans but when i want a break i only buy from buddy brew. the only knock on the place would be the parking.

love this place for serving delicious coffee, not your regular starbucks. the ambience is great with lovely art work. best local coffee in tampabay !! also, their peanut butter and avocado toasts are must try.

love this place! great people and great atmosphere. sometimes it takes a while to get your order but it just depends on what you order. the cold brew is divine. brew good! do good!

love the vibes there, even before the awesome renovation and added food items... perfect fresh delicious coffee, my absolute favorite coffee. their homemade caramel even makes me include caramel in my coffee (not normal). service always awesome too. wish i had one in tallahassee for school

starbucks and buddy brew are not on the same level. buddy brew provides patrons with fresh coffee and quality customer service. i just order the americano. this is the best coffee that i have ever had! the employees are nice and approachable and this place will continue to have my business. they even sell their coffee beans at whole foods!

very mixed review for us. the bad: parking is horrible which is the same with the service wait time. took over ten minutes to get my espresso and hot chocolate. might want to consider starbucks if you're running late for work. they really need second barista to step in for peak times. the good: love the interior, the exposed ceiling, the artwork and the food presentation on the plates coming out of the kitchen. the coffee: it was just okay.

best anywhere near here.. incredible coffee house! best roasters around! if you don't like this place i'd really reconsider who you are as a person. because your probably a terrible human being. that's how the rest of us see you, and it's probably about time you fess up to it.

i think the place in great and it's got the modern rustic feel going; the menu is good! food served on toast is different; but i like the eggs with avocado...but to get to the nitty gritty; the coffee is way too strong; it's not bad coffee at all; but when i say strong i mean; it's not a burned taste but i can't really explain it; other than it all tastes the same...maybe i'm just an the average coffee drinker, but coffee shouldn't have such a aftertaste--everything else is great! i don't want a cappuccino at oxford exchange tasting like an americano; and my iced coffee shouldn't be bitter...:/

espresso rating: 100 one of the best and chocolatiest espressos i've ever had, a perfect 100 for sure, creamy as can be. their iced latte was so good too. they only have soy milk for non-dairy options, but it's delicious soy milk. if you want less milk, ask, otherwise they'll give you a 24 oz with a ristretto shot. apple cinnamon herbal tea - it tasted just like apple pie, so sweet unsweetened. they roast their coffee right there. talk with friends or do your thing on your laptop.

if you live in tampa or are visiting our fair city, try to check this place out. i've been drinking a freshly brewed cup every morning this week and it not only has it given me an excuse to use the word "aromatic" in my daily vernacular, but it also provides a caffeine boost that lasts well into the afternoon. woohoo!
