love it!!!!. i am amazed at the amount of bad reviews for buca. our family loves it!!! my favorite dishes are the stuffed mushrooms (don't let the delicious pesto cream sauce go to waste, dip your bread in it), lasagna, and the caprese salad. we have been going here for 3-4 years and have never had a bad experience. i can't believe people are comparing it to olive garden (yuk). bravo is much more expensive than buca. and macaroni grill is another favorite of mine. the experience of eating at buca beats all the other italian chains hands down.

the food is incredible! so rich & flavourful! the portions are meant to feed at least 2 people though, so bring a large group or expect to have a lot of leftovers. the building itself has a ton of character & the staff are friendly.

what happened to buca?. sad to say but we gave it a few tries and it is no longer on our list of places we will go to eat any longer. sometime in the last 5 years they have changed their menu and the way they do business and it's not been for the better. food each time (different items each time) was just gross. we have been 4 times in the last 6 months and each time we have had a dirty plate, spoon or lipstick on a glass. our servers were just ok and other than fun things to look at on the walls, it was not a pleasant experience. i am sad to say we won't be going back. this is where we had our wedding reception so it holds good memories but it will only be that from here on.

good for large(r) groups. this is not a restaurant for two people.... the best way to eat at buca is to go with 6 or more, and order family style. the portions are huge, and to get 'just enough' for two, you are only ordering one item. take friends!

americanised italian cafe. when you walk in, you can see it is set up like an italian hard rock café, by that i mean the old b&w pictures of the original owners with famous singers, movies stars, etc. i believe there are a number of establishments. our waitress was full on, providing information on menu items, the best deals, etc. the food was very enjoyable. would come back next time i visit vegas.

gone downhill - look elsewhere. just bad all.

food order wasn't correct, the follow-up to resolve it was terrible, and the food when it came was overcooked and bland. instead of serving good food they just hope to win you over by shoving a ton of bad food in front of you.

best pepperoni!. i don't know why buca gets such a bad rap! everyone we introduce it to loves it and tells me they take friends and family back! we have been big fans of their pepperoni pizza for eons! i used to pick one up in seattle and take it back on the ferry to home!
miss the 1893 salad -- sometimes they'll 'reproduce' it for you if you ask! sit at the kitchen table - it's a trip!
love love love this place!

good food, staff not very friendly.. their food is nice, but every time i go there the staff is quite rude. a waitress once got very upset that i asked her for the price of a pitcher of beer? odd place.

food is amazing!. we went here for a bachelorette party and the food was great!! the drinks are pricey. service is great and the waiters sang to the bride, can't think of the song it's an older song "i get down on my knee ..." it was sooo cute and totally worth the visit!

my worst nightmare. it was like being at your great uncle's 78th birthday party in your grandmother's mildew-infested basement. i couldn't wait to get out of there and i just might have nightmares about it.

love the food and the service!!. we got the spicy chicken rigatoni. fabulous!!! i definitely recommend the garlic bread as well. our server was efficient and personable. i love when servers actually acknowledge and enter act with you.

family-style eatery. i recently enjoyed a friend's birthday at buca di beppo (there were 18 of us there) and the set-up of the family-style eating was great. it ended up being only about $20/person, which includes two salads, seven entrees and two desserts. the service was not stellar, but there were a lot of us to tend to. i would probably not recommend this restaurant for a date or a couple of friends, but when it comes to large parties, buca di beppo is definitely a good choice.

for a chain italian restaurant i suggest brio or bravo over this one. the food is plentiful though expensive and really rather mediocre. there are better chains-i suggested brio or bravo but macaroni grill is even much better than buca di beppo. it does have a fun atmosphere. after going several times, i wouldn't waste my money there again.
