beer, food and bowling. the blb has been a staple of the uptown area for years. it's a great place to meet friends for a couple beers and even some bowling (after a couple brews you usually play better right?). they carry a number of great beers on tap and have a decent happy hour. food isn't amazing but it'll help keep those beers coming. bowling is a great touch. always nice to play at a place where the "pros" aren't going to laugh at you for bowling less then a 100 (but your friends sure might). it would be nice to have some onsite parking but finding a spot close by is usually pretty easy. music selection is along with that of the general uptown area. new age and hip. all in all the blb is a great place to drink and have a great time!
