american food. this place has elegant and rustic vibes. to get seated there's variety of options to choose from (if you haven't visited them in rush hours) such as their comfortable sofas to high chairs, bar seating to outdoor couches. my personal fav place to sit is by the large windows at the corner where i can sit, enjoy my leisure food and view of elante courtyard. the atmosphere, so laid back, the high beaming ceilings and the eclectic décor worked wonders for the ambience. most exquisite part of this place was its live kitchen, where you can see a chef cultivating your dish in an exemplary manner.
let's talk about their food now. i have been visiting this place for last three years now and let me tell you guys they have never disappointed me. whatever they have served, from lasagna to pancakes, from even smoothie to coffee, each and every dish was top notch and to make it more pocket friendly they give one on one on mondays and tuesdays.
so far i have tasted their several dishes however among them some are always go to dishes like mac & cheese, lasagna, nachos fries and wedges platter, hash brown pancakes and last not the least delicious burgers.
mac and cheese 🧀 - they serve best mac & cheese in town. what comes to your mind when you imagine mac & cheese? cheese lots of baked cheese!!!
trust me guys, if you are dreaming cheese now then you will definitely fall in love with this delicacy. macaroni was perfectly drenched in liquid cheese, the layer of mozzarella on the top of it was perfectly baked. the dish was flavorful and cheesy. along with it, they serve two pieces of garlic breads baked to perfection. the quantity of it was like a complete meal for two.
nachos, fries and wedges platter- all three of them comes in separate baskets and served with three different dips or salsas. nachos are simple packed nachos, fries and wedges both were crunchy and served hot (try not to get your tongue burnt). wedges were having flavor of rosemary and thyme. overall it’s an excellent choice for a conversation over coffee.
lasagna - the most important part of this dish is, if the sheets are not cooked to perfection then either it will give a raw taste and if the sheet were overly cooked then it becomes to soggy to have. the one that i had at brooklyn’s was having perfectly cooked sheets with multiple layers of vegetables & cheese. saucy, tangy and well baked...
hash brown potato pancake 🥞 - a uniquely curated pancakes from potato topped with sautéed mushroom and tomatoes, cream cheese, jalapenos, pickled cucumbers, beans and lettuce. all the vegetables used in the dish were fresh. this dish had volcano of flavors, pancakes were crunchy yet tender. must admit i was aghast when i had its first bite.. must must try delicacy...
cafe mocha -had velvety, smooth flavor. was not much chocolaty. its smooth flavor of mocha makes it one of my fav mocha in town. i love their lattes too.
super healthy tutti fruitty smoothie - this smoothie that i had was delicious, yummmm and healthy option what else do you need... it was a mix of many fruits like raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and banana blended with orange & pineapple juice and yogurt. the best part of this was that i could literally taste the flavor of every fruit used in it in this beverage. awesome package isn't it guys...
now let’s move to the star ⭐️ of their restaurant "the red velvet cheese cake" - i literally slaver when i think about this red velvet one. i would recommend every foodie of town to try red velvet cheesecake here and i can swear that it’ll be your forever favorite. it just melts in mouth leaving delightful taste. it was very tender and the sweetness was just perfect. it's not only beautiful in taste bot also looks attractive when served. its piece is placed nicely over drizzled chocolate and top of it triangular pieces of chocolate was kept as if of crown 👑
