good food, mediocre service. the food is awesome, but that's the only thing keeping me coming back. the last time my best friend and i showed up we had the worst service i've ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. we sat there for two hours just for soup and salad and they finished the meal by only returning with one of our cards. somehow the other one got thrown out, a mistake i don't understand. i've been a waitress and i don't know how you can mix a card up from trash. it's a simple transaction: out of the folder, swipe the card, back in the folder. even management was making excuses and was slightly rude. i only hope upper management has resolved these problems because i've never eaten or worked anywhere with such ridiculously poor service as i had that day.
