cozy restaurant with posh interior and seatings. don't be surprised to find a fire place at the outdoor seating because there's an actual proper sized one! a bonus if you're sitting outdoor, is that you get a view of the lake as it's right in front of the restaurant.
ordered the lamb rack with a side of duck fat potatoes. first look, presentation of the lamb rack didn't look like a lot of thought was put into it, just a sad rack of lamb sitting in the middle of a big empty plate.
started off well, tender lamb, though slightly under-seasoned for my taste and potatoes permeated with duck fat, really had a better crust than standard form of fat.
unfortunately, the other half of the lamb was undercooked. upon closer inspection, the meat close to the bone appeared to be raw. plus side to this meal was the duck fat potatoes.
note: it was dark outside as there was no outdoor lighting and realised it towards the end using my phone's flashlight when i started finding the texture a bit "too soft".
