i don't think there is even a single drop of milk in the matka kulf (any type of matka kulfi)i, it is just frozen flavoured-water served in a matka. the chat and kulfi are just two opposites, chat is really good and kulfi is trash.

pathetic service.. had to finally cancel due to excess delay.. also they gave partial refund on zomato
