this was one of the places that i visited the last time i came home took my family here for starters and the biryani, my dad being a person difficult person to please got him here with some of our family friends and they enjoyed the food here we had ordered the chicken and mutton biryani and we loved the way it was served in different dum sealed vessels which when opened spread the aroma of the biryani into the air, the flavours were locked in and the meat was cooked to the right extent and it was tender and tasty, one of the best biriyani's now in bangalore i would say. loved the galouti kabab and the andhra spicy chicken we had ordered too and everything was good and makes my mouth water when i think of it now. has a great ambience and the menu looks different and exciting will definitely drop by here the next time i am home for vacation and try the other stuff on the menu. the only downside wast he price which i felt was little to pricey for the quantity served.

one of the finest restaurants in indiranagar, for me this is the most ideal restaurant for a good meal. the food is delicious, the service impeccable and the ambience adds glitter to the meal. the menu has a variety of options that ensure you try out food from various parts of the country with the chef adding his own magic.
ambience - from doodles inspiring the travellers to the perfect lighting, the restaurant ensures that both indoor and outdoor experience is top-notch.
drinks - melon magic and not to saada. both were priced at 225/-. the not to saada is for the paan lovers. the taste of the betel leaf, gulkand and ice cream in the smoothie is love. the melon magic is great too with the drink having every melon one could possibly imagine.
food - for starters, we had calcutta club fish fry (475/-) and fiery thecha prawn (445/-). the fish fry is amazing and a must-try. served with french fries and pickles that tickle the taste buds it is delicious.
the prawn is equally amazing and the chef adds his magic to the maharashtrian thecha. with additional bursts of chilly, this dish is a little spicy. we then had old delhi murg boti with butter roomali (225/-). biting into the succulent chicken and the sweet onions flavoured with the chutney was truly an experience.
desserts - ras-e-aam (295/-) - roshogulla in rabdi and topped with aamras tastes as delightful as it sounds.
the presentation of food is simply put stunning and shows the chefs care to make every detail the finest.
it's hard to have a meal without eavesdropping on others and that is my only concern.
with service charges levied at ten per cent and taxes at five per cent, a meal for two would cost between 2500-3000/-.

i find bombay brasserie very innovative with their menu.
their food is absolutely finger licking good !
me and my better half had a wonderful experience sitting outside to a calm peaceful view and having hands down the best dish i’ve ever tried so far from the indian cuisine which is called “ mario’s mango prawns curry & coconut rice “
it was legit food porn for me !
i enjoyed every single bite of it and the bread pudding was like a cherry on top to such a great dinner night !

will give 4.5/5
bombay brassier has very distinct branding style that reflects throughout its ambiance and menu. all dishes are named and presented very creatively. it's by far one of the best north indian places in bangalore.

the place has a bit of waiting on weekend evenings. other than that its quite easy to get a table.

i have been here multiple times with different groups like family, friends. it caters to all - the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

things we ordered:

1.aam papad paneer - it was fabulous on the tangy side with a kick of tamarind a good starter for vegetarians.
2. andhra chicken - dry chicken dish with sauteed onions, the masala was great tasted amazing.
3. bambaiya vada pao- they serve a limited menu during the day, so ate vada poa, two pieces come together.
4.masala chai - my father had the chai and loved it so much that ordered the same again- it comes with two rusks which adds to the surprise factor.
5.jaipur gaata kadi with rice- it's a decent dish but the gaatas overpower, the good part is that it served as a complete dish, one doesn't have to order rice separately.
6.ismali kofta biryani- they did a good job on the mutton, the flavors were great. the quantity was a lot, it can fill more than two people.
7.chur chur paratha - the paratha was absolutely tasty and crunchy- will satisfy the punjabi in you. it comes alone so you will have it order something else with it. it's definitely a must-try.
8.chatka chole kulcha- a complete dish, they kulchas were kind of plane but the cholas were well prepared.
9. tarkari masaledar- a mixed vegetable, its was ok, didn't have a very distinct taste. not recommended.
10. hyderabadi kebab bun- the dish was a play on the vegetable cutlet - flavours felt very normal

it's my go-to place for indian food. will continue to visit :)

one of the best place for north indian dining in bangalore. i have tried many north indian places here but none can beat this. they have a perfecr blend of aroma, taste, presentation, service and ambinence.

you can go with the family, with friends or on a date. this is one hell lot of a place with potential to cater to diff. needs of diff. people.

ambience wise they have defined their own category here. beautiful lightings, breath-takimg decor and some crazy age-old.sto4ies about diff. dishes theu serve.

one thing for sure, you will not want to leave this place once you enter. so, book your table in advance.

ratings :-
ambience - 5
food - 5
service - 5
staff - 4.5

overall - a must go for atleast 2-3 times and then decide.

i have always been sceptical of fusion food, that was untill bombay brasserie. they reinvented indian food, in a way that elevated it.

ambience:
we went for sunday lunch and it was worth it. the light breezy and open decor was fantastic with a lovely buzz and colourful a and vibrant interior. the washrooms are hygienic and clean.

service:
the service at bombay brasserie is phenomenal. the food is quick and snappy. the waiter does not crew up your order. however i will cut marks for the initial time it took for starters being long. they do however offer reservations making it great if pre-booked. service is great.

food:
where bombay brasserie really shines. the amritasri cheese kulcha is dive succulent mini kulcha filled with molten spicy cheese. the snack platter brings together a wonderful melody of india's best snacks in a compact yet flavour packed combination. the paneer and naan are top notch. as is the cocunut rice and. curry. but there kadhai vegetable was disappointing. the rajasthani roti was unique and the perfect pairing for the paneer

but the chicken was divine. spicy and hot naga chicken is a must have. it's spicy and served with yoghurt sauce but the succulent, rich and we'll spiced dish is a must. even grown men cry while eating it.

drinks

the fusion aspect reflects in the drinks. masala cola fuses carbonated beverages with the indian masala twist. we also thoroughly enjoyed the grape soda wich is tangy yet flavour packed.

i highly recommend the resteraunt. while pricy it does give a bang for its buck and is the best indian i have had in bangalore. please add the half star option because they deserve a 4.5.

food is really nice with such a good ambience. kolkata club fish fry is must try here, we switched to repeat mode for this dish. naga chicken is also good and spicy

i would appreciate the service as it's quick. food is little pricy, hence my rating is 4.5

else it deserves 5/5

its a great place to visit especially with your friends and family. we had ordered butter chicken, tamil street chicken and galawati kabab. timing  of the service of quite late i guess  it was because of the rush but the food was mouth watering i mean the aroma of those dishes were tantalising especially the galawati kabab. so take a weekend to visit this place you will enjoy it.
