good service

its been 5th time i have been here and it is been so wonderful and amazing evrytime, call it foodwise or ambience or any other thing. whatever you wanna order and have it its gonna be mouth watering. i went yesterday and the music along with the ambience and food quality even on sunday was fantabulous. i am shocked to see that someone can even rate so low to this bollywood cum international lounge. would recommend my friends and relatives and everyone else to visit the restaurant and enjoy the pleasure of having in foreign lounge. thanks.

actually it was my birthday that day..and i decided to go to this restaurant which was my mistake.

we were 6 person and we had 3 gold for this restaurant..we had clarified earlier that gold is acceptable or not..and they didn't not even flinch about gold nor they said anything negative.

now at the time of billing ,they gave us bill without included gold benefits.we thought there has been some misunderstanding so we asked manager to revise the bill..again waiter came with the same bill..now we know there is something going on..then waiter came with only one item was substituted from bill.. actually the main person was doing this all along denying all the benefits of gold was the owner standing on the door..

me and my friends went there to discuss what is happening and why you are denying this gold benefits .he started shouting on us in front of all the people..then he showed us some message from zomato gold without any clarification what that message was about.then he continued to shout at us that if you want to use zomato gold i will cut that from the waiter salary who agreed on zomato gold benefits trying us to blackmail.he was so rude in his tone without knowing how to k customer who has come here to spend some quality time..then he accused us like 'aap 2 ghante se bethe ho hamne bola kuch' .it was so insulting.

i am giving it one star bedcause there is no zero star available.

it's a nice place. ambience is simple and elegant. food is great and staff is polite. would visit again and even recommend it to friends and family.

although we entered at closing time, the service was up to mark, unlike several other place
and food, as expected was good

a random place we decided to go.
tried a lot of things -
1. planner chilly - amazing in taste
2. peta pockets - again, amazing in taste
3. tomato soup - taste was not up to the mark, a lot of oil was floating on the soup
4. paneer tikka masala - good in taste, gravy was amazing
5. dal makhani - good in taste, it was a bit thikker then usual dal makhani
overall food was good
the only complain was service - it was too slow, although at the start itself, they mentioned it that because a lot of staff was on leave, service is going to be a little slow.

my kid is in love with broccoli cream soup macaroni. dal makhani i feel is best of the best. had cheese balls and wow. owner n staff super friendly. surely will visit next time.

would suggest people to never visit this place.
we waited for almost half n hour but no-one cared to give glasses and just kept water bottle. half of the things were unavailable. i would give -5 rating.

once again.... enjoyed at bollywood lounge with my sweet daughter.....sorry forgot to upload my last review of 5 star .....same ambience,same taste of food..... frankly speaking i got memories of my favourite childhood parle biscuits...same taste enjoying my daughter too....same feelings for food taste of bollywood lounge..... surprised when read some negative reviews.....my just 12 year daughter said to her papa ignore personal reviews....we should always have experience self rather than reading someone s review.... happy to know the maturity of my daughter.,... believe me i promise her that will never take decision on any negative reviews....will definitely visit the restaurant.....after all we all have different tastes on tounge.....team bollywood lounge...keep it up the same as we with my mumbai school friends coming soon around 38 friends from 1992 batch.....hope will get same best tasty food with handsome discount...after all my daughter will continue still she came with her daughter....

its very good place for have good and delicious food. dal makhani is very tasty lasagna also.
service is also good everything is excellent keep it upp...

good food quality...interiors could have been better

we ordered mon chow & sweet corn soups, pizza & north indian delicacies..all were in jain receipe.. overall dishes were nice..panner & vegetable subjis were excellent. must try....we were expecting tandoori roti but tawa rotis were available...not an issue but price should be in proportionate to it..they can add more dishes in their menu specially in north indian delicacies..
ambience was good.

nice ambiemce must say...but service is not that much good, means when we went there, no doubt public was there.. but only 2 waiters were there to serve, that was really irritating, because you will not get service on time or prior..

one of the worse experience had. 😤😡ordered cheesylicious sandwich. there was hardly any cheese inside it. received two box of sandwich. both were half empty. i wonder why..🤔 coz looking at quantity it can be fit in one box. not even properly grilled. either u filled half or somebody ate my half. u decide. but to me this was bullshit.

place and concept is good, creating party type environment with all dance and food is good idea, but the food is not upto the mark. we ordered main course and drinks, food was good but the drinks were of very low quality, specially water mojito wasn’t good.!
