can you hear me now?. we ordered a couple of times and the food was always ok- not amazing, but decent. the third time we ordered, the person taking down our selections over the phone did not hear us correctly, and as a result our order was very wrong when it arrived. we called and the owner was very apologetic and offered to give us a discount on a future order. so when i called in tonight i placed an order, telling the woman on the phone that because of our bad luck before, we were giving them one last shot. when our order arrived it was so wrong. i couldn't even believe it. 3 items out of 5 were wrong!!!!!! when i called in to complain, the same woman on the phone offered to send someone out with the correct items/amounts, but said that we would have to pay the difference on the bill because she didn't "hear me" correctly. first off- is that my problem? if you're not certain about an item the customer orders, you should read off the order to the customer to make certain it is 100% correct. i told her, ok- fine- we would pay the difference (!!!) if they would send out the correct items. during our wait, i got a call from the restaurant with the additional total- which didn't add up to the correct amount. i finally asked her exactly what was she charging us extra, and how much- she couldn't even answer me!! i ended up telling them thanks but no thanks- we don't want the additional/correct food after all! she goes, "ok! well, i'm sorry, but, ok!" horrible customer service. this is coming from someone who worked the food industry for years. especially when this was our second time in a row having horrible problems getting the correct order from you, bo fung- we will never return! the food isn't worth the trouble!
