blaze raises the bar in the cape. blaze bistro is the bomb! the food and service are at a level far above most sw florida venues and one of the top 3 in cape coral.

starting at the warm greeting at the entrance to paying the check, the entire staff was friendly, appropriately attentive and very helpful. our server, tiffany, knew the menu and made great suggestions. the front of house manage kept their finger on the pulse of the room to make sure staff was available, even calling in backup staff when they had a very large party show up!
the food was fresh, beautifully prepared with skill and knowledge of complimentary flavors.
support this place, cape coral, and we can inspire other places in the cape, that are not in the top 5, to raise their game.
