popped in here for a quick dessert while walking around this gorgeous city. given the number of options, i was worried about not choosing the right one. after just a single bite of the věneček, all those doubts went out the window.
the choux pastry was amazingly light, easily the best i've ever had. the yolk cream filling was almost like a deliciously sweet cushion of air. and the sugar frosting helped provide that extra shot of sweetness - possibly excessive for some, but i found it to be just right. my only regret was not eating 5 of these outrageously good pastries. ah well, there's always next time!
