it was amazing. service was awesome. vipul was great :) the food portions were very generous. the lemonade is spot on. 10/10 would recommend. the biryani is amazing

the manager mr. tom of biryani pot in hilli mall, al ain provided extraordinary service, by personally following up on the order and made sure that we got the parcel in perfect condition. the chef prepared th food which was super delicious with lots of veggies in biryani. the food was excellent and delicious. faisal the delivery guy delivered the parcel in perfect condition with no leakage or no spilling.
overall superb experience!! 😊

the veg combo always gets spilled and mixed with all the rice and curry. inspite of telling and instructing the same problem which spoils the taste. either the packing has to be better or delivery has to be done carefully

good food taste also good service by avneesh dubey he knows everything about the menu also served us in a good manner thank you so much for that also the ambiance is very good staff was very nice i have butter chicken biryani orange juice and they gave us papad complimentary with some drinks so thanks avneesh once again
