great food. i really enjoyed the ribs,pulled pork,chicken mac&cheese greens...overall everything was great!!! thanks guys.. i will return... great customer service

succulent brisket. ribs were sensational. gumbo will make you want to bring home a gallon. there is a lot of love in this food. the sauces are robust and they take the meat to another level. pitmaster eddie and his crew were a surprising find on our trip. they are now part of our next one! can't wait to hear our friends agree!

omg this place is amazing. best bbq in columbia, sc but if you don't know where it is you will drive right by it. the portions are big and the price is the same as any other bbq place. they also offer some unique choices like gumbo bad pigs feet.

this is an unsuspecting location but don't let it fool you, the food is worth the stop! had ribs and brisket with two sides and drink for less than $20. both meats had good flavor and the golden bbq sauce was solid. (i normally prefer a spicy red) service was quick and staff was friendly.

had the brisket sandwich with the yellow bbq sauce. awesome. perfectly cooked and the portion was very generous. it came with one side. . . i chose collard greens, also cooked perfectly. the owner brought over tasters of the smoked oxtails and the gumbo, both of which are great. i'm betting everything you order here will be awesome. too bad i live in texas!

worth the find. we had pulled pork, ribs, and brisket and can't decide which one we liked best! all really good and had excellent friendly service as well. after they told us about the old family recipe desserts, we ordered one of each. look forward to eating there again next time we are in columbia.

awesome food!. i love this restaurant! its small and hidden which makes it even more special. their customer service is top notch! our office call in our orders and they are always ready and right. their food is awesome! i have had their chicken dinner and rib dinner. they give you a lot of food to include premium sides.

this place is the truth. the food is so good. i had the gumbo, mac & cheese, potato salad and ribs and chicken. some of the best food i've had in a long time. i will definitely be back. the gumbo is a little spicy don't recommend for kids but the food was great. well worth the price

omg !!! so good everything i ate was delicious! great county style cooking. chicken was awesome! sides were awesome ! gumbo had just enough kick yum!!

this is the real deal.. the pulled pork really tasty the gumbo the only problem was i wanted more and the baked beans and greens were just excellent. the owner was kind enough to let me taste the ox tails how rich and tasty can one dish be find out at big boys. to end it i split a piece of sweet potato pie with a friend it was so good we just sat there and giggled. really if u like que this is the place.

good food service needs life if your ordering dinners your good but if your passing through needing a big order your screwd which sucks because a customer should never hear no or we don't have ribs chicken pulled pork is to die for
