i'd received an email about free drinks with a purchase during july and decided to take advantage of it---they were out of their regular iced tea but offered me flavored decaf tea. i usually don't care for flavored or decaf so asked for a sample. omg it was incredible! i plan to purchase a gallon of it for a luncheon i'm hosting. now i can't wait to try the regular iced tea!

out of this world cookies. it's hard to pick a favorite cookie at best regards. they are all delicious, buttery, moist and definitely worth a little indulgence! my #1 would have to be the chocolate avalanche but a close 2nd would be the cranberry orange and the oatmeal chocolate chip. you really can't go wrong with any of the choices. best regards is our favorite op bakery!

waaay better than grandma used to make!. remember when everything was made from scratch? with real butter and other natural ingredients like grandma used to make? well best regards bakery has "whupped" grandma's buns! my husband and i have discovered bakery bliss... with warm melt-in-your mouth cinnamon rolls, the best ever sticky buns, and many other baked treats. we have been to countless kc metro area bakeries, and this one is the best. we travel a lot and we always have to sample pastries, baked goods, and chocolates. we sort of categorize countries by how good these items are! and brb baked goods rival the best! i have taken friends as well as my sister from wisconsin to brb, and we mostly ooo and aaahhh as we indulge in a variety of delicacies. i've had their chocolate cake (and it tasted even better than i could possibly imagine), my husband goes nuts over the scones, and we like all of their sweet breads (lemon is my fav), among all their other delicious wares. we couldn't be more delighted with the many moist, flavorful selections, and best of all, we live so close, we can go there often! i rarely leave reviews good or otherwise, but brb really deserves a big bravo on their wonderful tasty bakery yummies! and brb folks are so service-oriented and nice! seriously, you've gotta go there! bonne vie!

there were things that i liked and things that were lacking about my baked goods. the cake and cookies were very moist. however, i expected more of the extras in the taste. more chips in the chocolate chip or more sweet in the oatmeal. even more pumpkin in the bread. i'm the guy who likes preservatives. if you want an all natural taste, this is the place for you. if you need more sugar, try another spot.

overpriced, slim variety.... overpriced and boring. i don't get the fuss over the cinnamon rolls. we bought two, at $4.50 each (a dollar more than is listed on their online menu), and they were nothing special. we make better ones at home; these are gummy and loaded with the simple syrup glaze, and aren't even very cinnamon-y. we probably won't go back.

one of the best bakeries in kc. have been to several over the past few months, trying their different wares (especially cupcakes) and haven't had anything quite like brb. each cake recipe for the cupcakes is completely different from each other, and not just with a little flavoring. the owner/baker has spent countless hours perfecting each cake recipe and then done the same with the icing. the combination of an exceptionally moist and flavorful cake and icing the compliments it perfectly is hard to match. if you've been to some of the other cupcake places in town, you will notice brb's cakes are smaller but the taste sets them apart. their vanilla cupcakes are flavored with madagascar bourbon vanilla. very expensive but unmatched in flavor and believe me, you can tell the difference. no artificial flavors in their lemon or key lime either. i would be remiss if i didn't mention their cinnamon rolls also. excellent! back to the cupcakes, they are refrigerated so if you plan on taking some home, keep them cool. unlike most other places that use shortening to keep things firm, these cakes will get soft quickly so keep that in mind. but so worth the effort.

best regards is probably the best bakery in this area. there is no other place where you can enter and be greeted with a smile, smell the fresh aroma of bread, get a cupcake for the kids and a cookie for me. i'm very excited for all the new bread coming out as well. if you are looking for a new bakery, try this one!,

a " must go" bakery. this bakery is a true treasure of kansas city and a must see for everyone. the cinnamon rolls are to die for! in fact, all the bakery goods are top shelf.

i must warn you though that when you stop you'll be hypnotized by the aroma of fresh baked goods.

myself the cookies are my favorites. i will say though that i always leave with a cranberry-orange, and a chocolate avalanche.

i love that i have been a loyal patron of best regards for years. supporting a locally owned business is easy when you get great service and unbelievable bakery goods. i assure you that once you stop you'll go back and back again. not only is the products the highest quality but the owners/staff will shower you with personalized service. since i have been a loyal patron for years they now know me by name.

they even support the local community with donating the "day old" products to local food pantries. wow!

i always have a great experience at best regards! the owners and employees are so friendly and personable and their awesome creations - from cupcakes to cinnamon rolls to craves to huge gourmet cookies - are delicious! great product and a great value! i even use their individually wrapped cookies as business gifts and also their specialized gift baskets are perfect for letting people know that you are thinking of them! and now since they've moved to their new store-front location near cheesecake factory, they are more convenient and have seating to sit and enjoy milk and cookies with a friend!

notable cinnamon rolls. i confess to not being a huge fan of cinnamon rolls though i've consumed my fair share. i just prefer something with nuts or cherries for breakfast. i have to say though, these beat most every one that i've had in town (i did take mine home though and pour pecan pieces on top of it). now, cinnamon rolls were the only offering for a breakfast type item when i arrived. so, i also took home a couple of brownies for later-and we loved them!!! i talked to the helpful and nice girl behind the counter and it appears the place will be evolving, perhaps offering other types of items down the road. this storefront is new to the business as they have evolved from the original gift basket operation that spearheaded them. gift baskets still available. if the cookies are half as good as the items i took home i think you'll be happy!
