awesome teriyaki chicken. it's been awhile since i posted a review on a restaurant. bento truck is one of those restaurants that i cannot stop talking about with friends and fellow urbanspoon readers. their food is awesome, particularly the teriyaki chicken plate. the chicken is so tender and flavorful i just can't get enough of it.
this was my first visit to the bento truck and i was impressed by the quick service, affordable prices, and big portion size. i will absolutely become a regular from now on. my next dish will be the japanese beef curry. they are all over the valley from draper to salt lake city. give them a try!
