great variety of sandwiches and salads - lots of healthy options. love the small bar area in the back - one of my favorite places to grab a meal! also a fun spot to get a hot beverage, some baked treats - or try one of their fun martinis! nice vibe here.

steak sandwich. the black 'n bleu filet sandwich on garlic bread w/ caremlized onions is to die for..........................

avocado wrap....yummmm. my favorite little casual dinner/drink spot! i love the bar in back. there is always a good beer on tap. i've had many of the items on the menu, but the one i keep going back to is the avocado wrap. never disappointed! the staff is always friendly and efficient!

sad to say. my husband and i went to bennu's yesterday for a late lunch. we used to go there frequently after the lunch rush. food was great, service was perfect and the atmosphere was friendly and made us want to come back. we had not been there for a while so yesterday when i had the opportunity to go there, i suggested it to my husband. all i can say is the attitude of bartender/ waitress/ hostess or whatever she was leads me to say, "i don't have to go back there for a long time!"

great, fresh food. everything is freshly made with great ingredients e.g. get a turkey sandwich, and you get fresh roasted turket , a great bread, and a wonderful fresh ly made dressing- served with freshly made house chips. the burgers are some of the best i ever had- when combined with their wonderful fries they are very tough to beat. i've had a stir fry wrap (when i could keep from getting a burger), which was delicious.
service is always good, although sometimes when very busy they might need another set of hands. but servers are all great. beer selection on tap is the only weakness. should offer one of the better central ny beers, such as middle ages grail ale, or impaled ale. or put a sierra nevada product on- can't go wrong with either/

excellent. all the food is excellent, especially the selection of sandwiches. the bar staff know how to make a proper drink. due to popularity, service can get a little bogged down on busy nights but that is understandable. the atmosphere and food make this a great date night or hang out spot.

service is amazing! staff is pleasant. i had the "pacino" sandwich which was delicious! ingredients taste fresh. i really enjoy the decor as well.

xtreme rude treatment. a friend bought me a bennu sweatshirt on may 31st while i was on vacation. i put it in my vehicle so next time i was around i could ask for an exchange to next size up. i stopped in on july 6th while off duty. the manager insisted they didn't have sweatshirts for 5 or 6 months, i couldn't have possibly have bought it 3 or 4 weeks ago.

he immediately got argumentive that it was purchased recently, he didn't even know what i wanted (the exchange). in the end he told me to f*** off and never come back. over a stupid sweatshirt

i used to like the food and service here, but attitude is half the battle, i will not patronize an establishment that is so facetiously dismisses long time customers.

disapointed. i used to go to bennu cafe alot until i stopped working in the plaza where its located, since i haven't been there in a while i was really craving it so i ordered their avocado wrap because it sounded fantastic! well i so wrong. when i ordered it i told them i wanted to add in blackened chicken and no dressing, my wrap had no avocados on it and was drenched in dressing. i brought it back and told them listen this is supposed to be a avocado wrap and their is no avocado and its drenched with italian dressing. so no big deal, they remade it for me. i was happy. then i get out the door and realized they forgot my chips and salsa so i went back in and got it, whatever not a huge deal, then i get out the door again and checked my wrap real quick just to make sure it was right and nope they forgot the chicken that i paid extra for....soooo i go back in for the chicken got the chicken. i get home and bit into my wrap and their is no avocado but brown guacamole... if it was advertised as a brown guacamole wrap i wouldn't have ordered it. and this is the worst part... their was a long brown hair that i pulled out. i threw everything out. i was so disgusted and pissed off. i used to order from there all the time and it was always fantastic so i dont know if it was just new people or an off day for the crew but with that experience alone i will never spend another penny in their establishment. disgusted!!!

bennu has the best wraps around. if you're craving something delicious and not overly filling this is the place to be. nice people, great atmosphere. ps: opt for the salsa & chips. outstanding. they get 5 stars from me.

good price. good drink menu. fairly priced drinks and good happy hour menu. shrimp wrap is nicely done. specials tend to be very tasty.
