this was a good experience.
the food is good. strongly recommend for family gatherings. prices are a bit higher than reasonable. good quality👍. attentive staff. nice ambience. great atmosphere. nice location. you can have a perfect weekend dinner here.
recommend item, any punjabi dish i would say, as it doesn't follow any particular cuisine.

nice place great food,we have oredered jain food still taste remains good, it cost 2700rs for 6 people, service can be improved on holidays bcz of rush supervisor do mistakes.

dividing it in two parts as i always used to go to the punjabi section and this time visited the sizzler part also.

1)punjabi:-
nice ambiance.
kids and adults can love the time pass that is on the table printed specially added that paper also.
multani mushroom is nice as starter, salad papad is ok

garlic nan is best of the town and cheese nan is good.
veg peiking soup is also wonderful, spinach and cheese soup is ok
paneer maharaja is nice cheese ke kofte is ok.
butter milk is awesome as they add chutney moonlight moctail is a big no as it will taste as a milk shake and not moctail.
the last part is kids will love the bill that they give in style and also mukhwas.


2)sizzler:-
a separate restaurant for sizzlers, i will consider this as a smart move as in all restaurants when anyone orders sizzlers it creates a lot of smoke.
my rating for sizzlers is ok not that much special, soup is good, moctails are bad ordered two both tasted almost same.

restaurant has a normal ambience as all other has, large sitting space, special compartment for sizzler
menu doesn't have a detail description that makes us to ask the waiter for every single dish that we are wanting to order.
and they doesn't serve and international dishes.
the best dish was multani mushrooms, was something like stuffed mushrooms. cheese and mushroom lover must try this.
one more positive point, they takes only 6% services tax

we visited this place 2 times...
both time we get good service & delicious food...
beautiful ambience, supportive staff...
i loved their kachchhi beer (butter milk)...
variety of food...
just amazing...

never expected this at bay leaf
cleanliness is hopeless, the plates are not clean nor are they in proper conditions.
the napkins are dirty and not washed,most unexpected was small insects under the table and on water bottles. one of the worst experiences, it was embarrassing to take guest to this restaurant.

bay leaf sizzlers would be quite a taste, i thought. but it turned out to be something really average. we ordered chilli bean nachos, baked lasagne, chilli paneer sizzler and a sizzling brownie for desert. chilli bean nachos were supposed to be chilli but were sweet and the cheese sauce was good. baked lasagne didn't actually taste like it should. the chinese sizzler named as paneer chilli sizzler was a disaster. the main ingredient "paneer" was not edible as it was quite hard and green peas were odd to be found on a chinese sizzler, though the flavours were good. the desert was good. also, the service and ambience was really good.

u can have panki chatni,farali sabudana wada,authentic gujarati like turiya patra shak,u can have gatta sabji or u can have option to choose from north indian to chinese
whatever u can name they have it ..
speciality is hot jalebi mohan thal or misal pav
i don't think any other restaurant in surat can have so much option to choose from

good ambience, well maintained and good taste. one of the best in town for fine dining and quality food. has ample parking and offers good location. recommended..

the ambience is nice, service is nice...etc but let's be honest we go for the food. compare it to any other restaurant and taste is above average but compare it to the like of the village or deewane khaas and its mediocre. food was fresh,thumbs for that. probably one of the few not raking in both service charge and service taxes (which is illegal and followed by many around here).

good ambience, great taste with variety nad good customer service...also the place can be termed as budget friendly and an ideal place for friends and family to hang out. a place to visit for sure

this used to be well known for it's gujarati food and punjabi food. but now they serve crap on the name of punjabi food. i mean one can't pay for that food if you've got so better options in the town. coming to gujarati food it's still good. i love their panki & the bhakri is very good, smooth texture & crispy.

the ambience is ok as the the crowd is very noisy. i'm rating this place 3/5 only because of its gujarati food.
