delicious thai curry. with attentive servers, delicious food and a unique “modern thai” decor, banyan tree has become my new favorite restaurant at kent station. on my first visit to the eatery last week, i was able to try the panang curry and the pineapple curry. while the panang curry was enjoyable, the pineapple curry was a perfect combination of savory and sweet. each curry was filled with an appetizing sauce and superbly cooked chicken. i recommend pairing a thai iced tea with your meal, as it provided a tasty way to cut down the spiciness of the curry. the only regrettable part of the evening was being too full to try more.
