back to the 50's

i went here several years ago and had a similar experience to joesj and swore it off ...but decided to give it another try because i heard they buy local eggs, and now i'm hooked. great place, standard diner fare sprinkled with some unique and outstanding specials snd all at a good reasonable price. they do have very good home fries (joe is spot-on re. the very greasy hash browns- i'd stay away from them). the wait staff is very friendly and the owner is often there. i'm glad i gave them a 2nd chance.

fun place, good food. i think the specials are awwwwsome. may be a bit higher in price than the local diners, but the portions are large and the stuff is fresh. we go with the 'old folks' and us baby boomers love the ambiance. always something for everyone. i like to have different food for breakfast - any place can scramble eggs.

soooo bad for breakfast!. after all the hype on the internet reviews, i stopped here for breakfast today. big mistake....breakfast "specials" started at 8.95. i ordered an egg sandwich with cheese on a croissant, asked for home fries, they had them but they were extra. the sandwich arrived 1 egg on a soggy croissant, hash brown, not homefries. the hash brown was so greasy that i had puddles of grease under it and all over my plate. this was truly the worst breakfast i ever had. there were others with me and all had the same nightmare breakfast...dont know who is eating here and giving good reviews, but please stay away! i have a catering company in south jersey and i know about food preparation...this is bad food. the bill was 24 dollars for 3 people ....a disgrace for that kind of food! waitress staff was friendly and polite...1 saving grace. by the way i sold the hash browns to jiffy lube, i think they greased 10 cars with them!

best service and breakfast food in buckingham. especially their daily specials in the fall, apple pancakes and pumpkin cream cheese stuffed waffles, yum!
