horrible. worst coffee shop in denver; avoid it. insanely expensive for barely average coffee and tea. attitude and smugness galore. threw someone out right next to me because they were on the phone and hadn't ordered anything yet. horrible...

the very best espresso, and espresso+milk based drinks you can get. compared to some of the best coffee shops in scandinavia, spain, england and the rest of the us it is right up there. if you want a sweet blended drink go somewhere else

bad coffee, burnt and disrespectful. what can i say......... they are racist as well she i’ve heard the owner’s wife say to some one that she will kick him next time he come and have perfume.!!!!

bad taste coffee. disrespectful. racist. i went there the the wife of the owner of that place disrespect me and said she won’t serve me if i have perfume (cologne) on. i was shocked when i hear what she said. only because of the perfume she said no and she said next time if i come with perfume on she will kick me or call the police. i telling the truth she is just being racist with me and my friends.

i had the worst experience in my life at this coffee place. it was my first time going to this coffee shop. i am new to the cherry creek area and was checking things out. i happen to go to aviano and i have to admit, it was the worst choice of my life. i went inside the shop and nobody even acknowledged me. it was mellow and the shop barely had any customers. the employees were just standing around talking amongst themselves. i felt as if the employees were all annoyed by "another" customer (me). then a female employee with dark color hair comes to the cash register. there was no smile no nothing! i started the conversation by saying that i wasn't familiar with their coffee shop as i am new to the area and asked if they had any special drinks etc. the female employee looked at me as if i was dumb and didn't know what i was doing. she sounded very condescending when replying back to me. i let it go by being the bigger person and just ordered something fast. after they made the drink for me, they just placed it on the counter without letting me know. so, i awkwardly just grabbed the drink and said thank you. none of the three employees said your welcome or have a good day. customers should at least be treated with respect for god sake. due to customers, you guys make money!! this place is horrible. don't go here. their customer service is horrible and their coffee isn't even good compared to other competitors. i will never shop with aviano, as they were very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

cute modern place located in the hip and changing cherry creek north. open space great to hang out and as well get work done. service is very quick and friendly.

worst service, terrible design and shitty management.
line chaises out the door because the register is facing it, counter is all wobbly so you can't even lean on it. manager asked us not to touch it or it will collapse. no bar stools and the only menu is glued to counter at front instead of being posted on wall, so not only people have to wait in the doorway but take longer to choose their drink. which btw is very expensive. good thing there is starbucks across the street!!

love this location. amazing space with great flow and lots of small tables for going and working on your computer. big outdoor seating area and garage doors that roll up, so the whole place feels open to the outside. internet is good and the only complaint is the parking, but hey- it's cherry creek north.

wow. haters here. it's s coffee shop. a cool coffee shop in a cool space. the cappuccino reliably foamy. the iced latte whole milk espresso right. great patio. good coffee. every time.

not what it used to be. after visiting the new location, i must say that i miss the old. the staff was rude and condescending and the drinks were alright. while the space is nice, it lacks the comfort and hospitality as the old one.

the owners doug and saadia naiman have reopened this gem at 3031 east second avenue and have created a coffee experience like none other in the area. walking in your eyes are drawn to the espresso bar and a separate coffee bar that rests in front of an expose

rude. the young blonde chick at the counter didn't seem to have much patience with the over 30 customers. boss: coffee shop staff ought to be friendly to everybody, no? she needs a bit more training-- not ready to meet the public. think i'll take my business elsewhere.

best coffee ever. come for the coffee.. these guys are serious and educated about coffee...i had a white mocha ...which is my drink and i've had a billion of....and they poured me the best i.ever had. light on pastry and food options...light on menu....but they make that up with coffee intelligence. the presentation was great ...truly made coffee an art

how can a place that doesn't even roast the beans they use call themselves the best in town? service is poor and they offer very few options
