asian king buffet

the best buffet. this is first time been to this buffet restaurant ( next to north east mall ) . i was surprised by the beautiful decoration and hight quality food & wonderful service & a entertainment . woo , you need to witness yourself !

not a happy customer!!. first of all, i never knew who my server was because no one bothered to acknowledge me. when it came time to pay, i had to flag somebody down to get my ticket. then when she brought me my change i ask for a receipt. her response was, " you want a receipt?" as if it was a huge inconvenience to ask for let alone want a receipt. i told her i was giving any one a tip, because i never knew who my server was. as i was leaving i told the manager what had happened and told him i wouldn't be back. he followed me out the door and apologized, saying the girl was new. i told him that if that's the case then he should train them better. he kept trying to give me a coupon which i didn't want!! he literally followed me, chasing me to my car trying to give me this coupon!! i literally had to slam my car door in his face!! did he think by chasing me in the parking lot would make me change my mind? i will never go back there!!!

i eat at this wonderful restaurant 2 to 3 times a week. the food is excellent and the service is great. it has very reasonable prices and the place is always very clean. the food is fresh and replenished consistently and the mongolian grill has a great variety of fresh food and it is cooked to your liking. the sushi bar has lots to choose from and the sushi rolls are delicious. it is very well managed and the staff is very nice and attentive. i highly recommend this awesome chinese buffet. definitely a consistent 5 star service with a delicious chinese cuisine.

food is good, always hot and flavorful. our fave waitor is michael despite his minimal english, hes quite charming. tends to be a bit loud due to its popularity and its not always easy to get info as the servers are chinese and dont all speak english, but they still try to help. oh, and they keep.our drinks topped off, which is a bug deal to the hubby...

very good a lot of food!!!. nice selection of food, continually restocked and clean. we stopped by on a saturday evening for dinner, the buffet price was $11.99 which includes crab legs. we also found some deliciously seasoned steamed clams on the buffet. the variety of asian dishes was plentiful, hot and tasty. sushi and hibachi grill also. fresh fruit looked very fresh & nice. soft serve vanilla ice cream is one of the better for a buffet.

love this place!. this place is very clean. the host always remembers us and where we like to sit. the manager is hilarious!!! he always comes around to check on everyone. the food is kept very fresh- nothing sits for long. we go every weekend for the crab legs. but i also love the sushi. its made fresh right in front of you. great place and great staff!

bad customer service. horrible customer service! i came in a lunch time, at about 3:20pm, and i confirmed the price for lunch with waiter.. warning! the staff and the manager can't be trusted, they will try to set you up to pay more, one way is not to have signs posted distinguish lunch items and dinner items. when the issue was address with the manager, with his knowledge that there was no signs posted, he was rude, tried to inappropriately touch me,a woman, and still tried to get me to pay more. i stood my ground! as for the food, it's a hit or miss! (who know what they are putting in it) . some of the positive reviews,must have been written by the manager, himself!
