pathetic service by the outlet.
1) they totally missed sending one icecream
2) 5 shakes ordered of different flavours they gave all same without mentioning the flavour
3) 4 icecream came out of 5 and all were 40% melted
4) lastly most wonderful part i called outlet they said sir bahut bheed hai islieye miss hogaya. coz of saturday..i said what abt money of my one icecream he said sir abhi bahut log hai parlour mein and hanged up

best option for ice creams in vadodara. natural flavors and tastes. all flavors are amazing. but pani puri pathaka, pan pasand, guava glory are must try.

again a very bad experience with apsara ice cream. had ordered for berry bonanza sorbet but i received chocolate ice cream. even the packaging and handling is not proper. spillage all over the packet . when i called at the parlor the manager mr tushar had not solution. he just said " sir bohot order hai isliye aisa hua". don't know what they are upto. atleast some should check the order before leaving the counter. i think such mistakes should not happen.. they are just spoiling there own name.. really someone should be responsible for such mis management......mr tushar you pls train your staff.

ice creams are a true bliss for me, anything that is sweet & cold is definitely my thing. i recently visited “apsara ice cream” & tried different varieties! the ice creams were soo good, delicious, natural flavours and definitely a must have for all ice cream 🍨 lovers. they have newly launched premium diwali gift hamper that has 4 assorted flavours of choice, a perfect gift for this festive season!
my personal favourite : belgian chocolate, orange apricot & gauva glory
they also have few sugar free options.
they had proper hygiene maintained too, absolutely satisfied with their quality & service.

went to this place with high hopes of getting ice cream in fruity flavours. chose to get a cup of watermelon sorbet and guess what the serving guy did? without asking anything, he chooses to top it with some black salt. why?! i'm here to have my dessert and not an actual slice of watermelon! had to scrape off the ice cream from top and dispose it because he refused to give me another cup instead of this one. 💁🏻‍♂️ the interior was quite congested so we chose to sit outside, where the furniture was all dusty like it's been never cleaned.
