yesterday went out with family for dinner at this place. the build up to the restaurant is not that good as the one lift was not working so long waiting time on lift lobby and than deserted mall doesn't give you good vibe's especially when u r visiting this place for dinner,
once u enter the restaurant things are different, good music and interiors will cheer u up. the hotel management needs to understand people are okay to scan the bar code for menu so pls implement and u can have hard copy as a back up,
service was decent but for a good restaurant to excel the team should be more aware about what they are serving and interact more and recommend to its customer what they can try which was completely missing here, it seemed to save cost on manpower there were bunch of interns who were serving without any zeal or interest.
mocktail were good we tried pan ras and kala khatta both were good and cutlery for kala khatta was different and that was stand out drink. apt flavour, sugar and without ice cold enough to ensure you really enjoy the drinks.
now coming to starters: dahi kebab was really good, soft, perfectly fried and crispy from outside; dip of imli served with them was also tasty.
momos platter was also good with 3 dips for me fried moms and classics were stand out with garlic and mayonnaise dip, fried garlic on mayonnaise dip enhanced its taste further. stuffed soya chap was a disappointment, chap was not grilled well as some portion had raw taste and stuffing was uneven. overall portion size of each ordered dish was good and can easily be shared between 6 people.
than we tried gulab jamun with rabri, jamun was served hot and stuffed with dry fruit they tasted yum, but in rabri was more like flavoured milk and should have been made more thicker.
in all decent experience but a customer can have a much better experience if they hire some trained staff especially the once's which are taking the order.
