one of the best places in bangalore for a perfect friday evening.. music, food, ambience , price all great..!
we were served by mona who helped us getting us best seats in their place and her service is really appreciated.
i would like to rate 5 across all parameters as i really wish to come back again to this place.
in terms of taste and hygiene as well , best place in bangalore.
they even informed us on their brewed beers and offered us to taste before placing the order !
would really recommend this place to everyone

i went on a wednesday night 24/11/21
there were no customers?
no staff
no waiters
but the place was open
and when asked a guy who works there he said all staff have gone to their hometown 😒

amazing hospitality by alvin. very courteous and good knowledge of items available at ironhill. he suggested some really tasty items.

ironhill as a whole is too good, compared to other breweries in the city the food here is very delicious and appeals to nativity of bangalore ppl. i hope you continue the same in years to come.

where should i start? the moment you step in it’s a combination of classy and beauty. romantic dates to office night out. the place can change you mood. took corporate clients who were so impressed with the ambience. good place and pocket friendly when sponsored by your company. they give good corporate packages, the chefs can prepare customised dishes on request. service is amazing, well behaved staff. must try. loved it! gal-pal, nice place to hangout with your girlfriend or bride to be and click some awesome picture. budget wouldn’t go high compared to other places. do ask for packages. cheers!

recently booked the table for evening. unfortunately it was raining but alt desk confirmed over phone that they will arrange for inner seating. confirming this when we reached here, there was no inner seating arrangement and we were asked to goto "whitefield arms pub" but there again there was no seat which is understandable that the other pub has their own seating reservations. if alt desk had confirmed that the y are completely shut tonight, i could have arranged somewhere else but this whole miscommunication led me to roam searching for good dining in the rain. very bad customer service.

why are you asking for a "cover charge" of inr 3000 ????? cover charge for what? what damages or insurance are you using this coverage amount for?

you are basically mandating folks to spend a minimum of inr 3000 upfront, regardless they like the the menu, quality of food & service of yours. this is outrageous and almost laughable. whoever made this rule up in management, you need to rethink what this means for your customers.

poor quality food, we ordered a cocktail and it was basically cranberry juice with ice and water, vodka completely missing out of it, would not recommend to go to this place at all

good ambience, nice sundowner events happen here, limited food options when i visited and good music. visit, if you're nearby.

i want to specifically highlight the manager who was on service on february 14 2021 valentine's day evening. in all my lounge going experience i have never seen such a disrespectful person. the way he treated us as if we are some low life people who should not have come there. let me address you here directly, we have been to much better and higher standard places than alt. it is not the only place in bengaluru. you guys treat customers as if we are obliged to accept all your arrogance. i don't have enough words to put out my frustration with your service, at least in a civilized way.
let me write out the story here about the evening.
when we reached you made a minimum billing and took the money. then we requested you several times for a better place. even though seats were empty and it remained so till late in the evening, you didn't bother to respond a bit to our request. till now alt was a special place as i proposed my wife here. we even told you that to get a better service.
anyways we managed to stay happy with whatever place you gave us. in the end when we were done we hadn't even spent half of our billed amount. so we decided to take some take aways. in return you just gave us 3 boxes of food which we couldn't have carried to our home. we just requested for a carry bag and you started showing off your attitude saying "this is a lounge and we don't get to take packed food here. we are obliged to pay the full bill but if we order less then that money is wasted". this is open loot and cheating. you can fabricate it saying policy but this is just plain unfair. even many 5 star places we have been, much more high quality than alt, serve take aways with convenient package. you kept on arguing and ruined our v day celebration. like i said, don't have enough words to share the experience. i request everyone who will be reading this please think very seriously before considering to come here.
