this review was long due. almost a year to be precise. alt has an ambience which is second to none. it is unique. there's lots of open space to move around and if you are here from sunset and beyond the sky is your roof. you feel so liberated after a stressful day at work or you are with someone who you love. i loved the place for what it is.

music: i don't listen much to modern pop, rap and hip hop. i do sometimes on the radio. however the day i happened to be there... the music that was played deserved to be flushed down the toilet. the lyrics were filled with not so welcoming vocabulary. you might enjoy it if those are the only words in your vocabulary.

i really wish they played some 80's and 90's pop or rock. the ambience just doesn't work with the music played there. maybe deep house or melodic house would be nice too.

food: thefoodis above average. we had a team dinner with an executive and what was served wasn't that great. it was evident that this wasn't a place good enough for events like that. after that i came around with my friends and what i found was that the variety is less. though this place is good enough for finger food, even that variety is less. maybe you could include pictures of the dishes you serve. because some of them i had to google it before odering it just to see whst on earth it is. maybe i am not a world travelling foodie. and most importantly i felt the pricing is a bit bloated up.

the things they could improve are adding a more wholesome menu which is priced competitively. change the genre of the music played and the couches are barely comfortable

went there on a friday night based on suggestion of a friend. the look and feel of the place is very romantic, however what spoiled are mood was the loud music. you expect the music to be soft / subtle in such places.
veg options infoodwas very less. we tried nachos which was good.

amazing ambience but thefoodis not that great. nachos are decent and the cranberry mocktail is pretty good. it's a good place for a post office hangout. but not for people who are foodies.

i highly recommend this place to you all ! i made a decision to spend a nice evening here. they have happy hours as well as theirfoodis something you shouldn’t miss atall. mini back ribs with honey and grenada hot ribs is a must try ! chef sagar is too good. he’s doing a brilliant job at it. just get pork ribs and trust me it will make your day.

without doubt, it's one amazingly beautiful rooftop. good ambience, goodfoodand good vibes. chef sagar makes the best pork ribs. we tried both the pork dishes and fell in love with it. worth every penny. a must visit if you're in bangalore.

i hated this place .no goodfoodfor veg.in the name of cheese nachos,they gave me nachos just cheese garnished on it.apart from ambience they dont have anything

excellent place with nicefoodand drinks. though veg options are limited. enjoy nice weather of bangalore in sky deck with friends and family

beautiful rooftop view from the terrace of vr mall. live music and poolside is awesome. though there are limited options for vegetarians on the menu, the quality offoodis good. the service is little slow, needs improvement. prior booking is recommended on the weekends.

awesome ambiance on the open terrace with dim lighting and great seating. very good view of the busy whitefield. the service is great and the staff are really polite. thefoodis basically barfoodwhich is exceptional. we had a few chicken starters and the lamb chops was one of the best i’ve had in a long time. the drinks might be a little expensive but they are premium so not a big problem there.

amazing place for a smashing experience with your better half. the view from this place is phenomenal and thefoodis delicious. the staff is extremely considerate and know when to leave you alone at the right moments. the menu options could be a bit more expansive.

the best thing about this place is it's ambience as it is located in vr bengaluru and have roof top option too. thefoodis tasty but is a little expensive considering the quantity of thefoodand there is not a lot of option in drinks as well.
ps: they do not provide shades in case of raining (which happens a lot in bengaluru) so be prepare to pay the bill and leave in case raining starts.

great ambience with good music. seats near the pool could have a light.

the low rating is due to the service provided. service is slow and non responsive, we asked for regular water, and were given a slightly elitist response and were being pushed to take mineral water. on requesting for regular water again, we got only a small glass for refilling. we were forced to request for 3 glasses of regular water to get a bottle filled with regular water. we were charged for regular water and there were also separate 10% service charges (10% of the bill). were refused an option to take away (parcel)foodtoo.

the ambiance of this place is perfect!foodis above average although a bit costly. what bums you out is the service and the infrastructure. a few tables are lighted ones and have no leg space . the service is very sloppy mostly due to the loud music which makes it difficult for the servers to understand what you are saying. perfect restaurant for a date though. you will not be disturbed as no server will disturb you. you have to call them a lot many times though. if on a date ensure you sit far from the speaker and to the sides and never on the high table. my best advice is go have some drinks, order a few starters and have a biryani on your way back.
if you are a group of 4+, they gave comfortable couch.
recommendation: the non veg platter (~900rs) and the turkish stuffed chicken wings.

had been here on a saturday evening. this place has a great view, the staffs were courteous. but have very limited options forfoodand the taste was not great.
